"She loves the boy," Pan said. "That makes her weak."

'Does love really make people weak?' I thought. 'Because if that were true, there wouldn't be such things as happy endings right?'

After a little bit of walking, we stopped at a small well.

"This is it," Pan said. "This is where we'll cast it. Now, the ingredients." I handed the tiny bag I was carrying to Pan.

"When it's done," I said. "Will they all be dead?" I really hoped that wasn't the case. What would happen to Y/n if we cast the curse? What would happen to everyone in the town?

"Of course," Pan said, pouring some of the contents from the bag into the well. "They will be slaves to this new land we're making with no idea who they once were. Death is final, Felix. Their suffering will be eternal." He continued to set out various bottles of ingredients and dropped a few more into the well. As it hit the bottom, the water started to change to a green color. I started to not like this idea. I didn't want Y/n to forget about me. What about the other lost boys? They were family. What would happen to them? Pushing down my worries, I watched as Pan continued to drop ingredients into the well.

"What Regina did is child's play compared to what I have in mind," Pan said.

"I knew you'd win," I said, still weary. "Peter Pan... never fails."

Y/n's POV:

"So another curse?" Mary Margaret asked. "It's happening again?"

"Gold, this curse," Emma said. "Is it going to work like the last one?"

"The last one was created to service the Queen's wishes," Gold stated. "This will be done per Pan's desire. I would count on something hellish."

"The curse was built to be unstoppable," Regina said. "There's nothing that can be done."

"Well, it is possible to stop it," Gold said.

"What?" Regina asked.

"By using the scroll itself," Mr. Gold said. "It can only be undone by the person who used the scroll. That's you, Regina."

"Wait..." I said, realization dawning on me. "Emma, do you remember how Felix escaped from his cell somehow?"

"Ya kid," Emma said. "But what does that have to do with anything?"

"Well, I've read Henry's storybook with him multiple times. If the curse is anything like Regina's, that would mean that Pan would have to give up the one thing he loves the most."

"I don't see what you're getting at," Emma said. "Gold is right here, with us."

"No. I don't think that Gold is the one Pan will sacrifice. Love comes in many forms, not only in true love or family but also in loyalty!"

"Shoot," Emma said, finally realizing what I was saying.

"We have to save Felix before Pan takes his heart and crushes it!" I said. I ran out of the vaults, but my dad followed.

"Kid!" He shouted. "Slow down for a second." I stopped running and turned around.

"What is it?" I asked him. "Kinda in a hurry right now."

"With Pan already one step ahead of us, you may never find him in time!" My dad said, panting from trying to catch up with me.

"That's why I'm going to get Ruby! She can help track him!"

"Alright lass... Just... Just be careful ok? We will make sure to stop Pan before he can finish the curse!"

"Thanks, Dad," I said. Turning around, beginning to sprint to Granny's.

"RUBY!" I shouted, bolting through the door, the bell ringing.

"What's wrong?" She asked, very concerned as to why I was running.

"Tell you on the jog," I said, pulling her out of the diner. "Sorry, Granny!" I yelled while running out of the diner.

"What's up?" She asked, running next to me.

"We don't have a lot of time," I said, still having no idea where I was supposed to be running to. "We are looking for a boy, named Felix. I have no idea where he could be but I need you to use your nose and sniff him out.

"But I've never met him before!"

"Here," I said, taking off the cloak and handing it to her. "Sniff this. It's his..."

This is why I loved Ruby. She never asked questions. She just went with it.

"If you can't catch his scent, try smelling for Henry." I continued. "Pan switched bodies with him and is trying to cast a curse on StoryBrooke!"

She immediately sniffed the cloak, gaining Felix's scent, and then began sniffing the air.

Pan's POV:

Felix peered down into the water as I finished adding the ingredients from the bag into the well.

"Are we missing something?" He asked.

"Yes," I said.

"Well, then what is it?"

"The heart of the thing I love most."

"You mean your son's heart? Rumplestiltskin?"

"No, uh, I never loved Rumple."

"Well, then, whose heart do we need? Who do you love?" He asked confused.

"Love can be many things, Felix. It doesn't just come from romance. It can also come from loyalty. Friendship.

Felix's expression shifted to one of fear.

"Only one person has always believed in Pan," I said.

"That's me," Felix said, wearily.

"Don't be afraid. Be flattered." I then forcefully took his hand and reached into his chest.

"No, no, no!" Felix yelled.

I reached inside his chest as Felix grunted in pain. I tore out his heart and began to squeeze it as Felix doubled over. I then watched as the heart was pressed to dust in my hands and I dropped it into the well.

A/n: hey beans... this was probably the worst ending to any character in that season. Super sad to see that. But the story isn't over! Hope you guys enjoyed the chapter! Love you guys! 💙
