Felix x Reader (From Once Upon a Time)

Chapter 16

"CRAP!" I said. "How the heck did he get out?"

Now, I'm not worried he would do something absolutely terrible, especially to me... you know bc of that incident that happened last night, (in reference to our kiss), but the only way he could have gotten out was if... no. Pans locked away... but... what if he's not?

I immediately grabbed my phone out of my pocket (which I had gotten before we went to Neverland), and dialed Emma's cell.

"What's up?" She asked.

"Felix," I said. "He's not in his cell!"

"WHAT?!" Emma shouted over the line. "How did he get out?"

"That was my question!"

"Look for any signs of him trying to bust the door open or pick the lock or something. I'll try my best to get there as fast as possible!" I walked over and inspected the door.

"No sign of foul play or any type of forced exit. Someone had to have unlocked this thing," I said, still on the line with Emma.

"I'll let David know. For now, keep a lookout for him alright. And don't tell anyone else. We just got back from Neverland and I don't want to scare the whole town into a frenzy."

"Alright, talk to you later."

"Bye Y/n." I hung up the phone and sighed. This day was going just perfect but there is always something, isn't there? I grabbed my coffee and headed out the door. I took another sip of my coffee, still anxious about where Felix had gone.

Suddenly, I head a scream.

"What the heck was that?" I said, running to the noise. I tossed my now empty coffee cup into a trash can and threw out my muffin wrapper.

Emma's POV:

"The hell was that?" I asked, just off the phone with Y/n. We had all had heard a loud scream.

"I have the same question," Hook said, running out of the backside of the diner with Tink.

"Wait, were you two...?" I asked suspiciously.

"No," Tink said.

"Perhaps," Hook said. The screaming happened again, only louder now.

"There!" David pointing. He ran off towards the sound as Tinker Bell, Hook, and I followed. Y/n ran up to us as well.

"What's going on?" She asked while running beside me.

"I have no idea," I said, in between breaths.

"Wait..." I said, taking a double take at her outfit. "Is that cloak-" before I could finish, we arrived at the steps of the nunnery, where we saw Mother Superior trying to run from Pan's Shadow. She attempted to head up the stairs to get away, but the Shadow grabbed and ripped away her shadow. Mother Superior collapsed to the ground. David bolted towards her and kneeled down to test her pulse.

"She's gone," David said solemnly.

"Why would the Shadow kill her?" Tink asked.

"No idea," My dad said. "But I do know the Shadow only takes orders from one person."

"Pan," I said.

After this horrible sight we had just witnessed, I called for the medics to come and take away her body. Other people arrived at the scene, including Regina and Henry.

"What the hell happened?" Regina asked.

"The Shadow," David said. "It killed her."

"Pan's shadow?" Regina asked. "But I trapped it on the sail."
