𝕊𝕖𝕒𝕤𝕠𝕟 2: 𝔼𝕡𝕚𝕤𝕠𝕕𝕖 8 (𝕃𝕒𝕤𝕥 𝔼𝕡𝕚𝕤𝕠𝕕𝕖)

"All those schemes and plans about murders, betrayals, intrigues, do you think that they are a normal and conscious person would think about? You've described Jackson Walker as an intelligent person. Would an intelligent person do all those things that easily? Wasn't he afraid of the consequences? Didn't he think that something could go terribly wrong?", Braxton asked her.
"As you already know, nothing went wrong. And if the video of his confession didn't exist, we wouldn't have enough evidence to send him to justice. He was protecting and seeing to his plans until the last detail.", Milenna told him.
"As you've said, Jackson Walker had met people from the underworld. Robbers, murderers, rapers and so on. Why didn't he ever told any of them to commit those crimes and he preferred to commit them himself?", Braxton asked her.
"But he didn't have any problem murdering with his own hands. I told you, he was never leaving anything in luck. He wanted to have control over everything. And I believe that he enjoyed seeing his victims dying. Begging for their lives.", Milenna said.
"Objection! It's about the witness' personal opinion. Please, erase it from the proceedings.", Braxton said.
"Accepted, mister advocate. Please, erase it now!", the judge told the rest of the judging team.
"How can you support this beast? The last time I heard about you, you were talking about him with the worst kind of words. We've all been through so many situations because of him, you know about those situations. You were there. Now what has happened? What are you pretending to be? Why are you trying to prove that he's mentally ill?", Milenna asked Braxton.
"Those things don't concern the court room.", Braxton responded.
"Of course they concern it. What intervened and you changed your mind? When you started writing your book, the book that was his story, you were describing a designing and cunning person. A Satan! Did you forget it? Miss judge, the advocate was characterizing his client with the worst kind of words and now he's changed his mind. Why? Something else is happening here.", Milenna said.
"In this room we're not judging fiction!", Braxton said.
"For what fiction are you talking to me? The things you're writing inside your book are a true story. Renata Short, Carol Foster and Evelynn Dawson can confirm it. It's about their story!", Milenna started shouting.
"I'm not doubting for the facts, but for the psychological condition of the accused one. I was informed later. After my book's publication. If I was writing it again, my hero, would be something completely different.", Braxton said.

"I don't have further questions, miss judge.", Braxton said and was about to sit down, as Milenna was looking at him suspiciously.
"Very well! Miss Warren, you can sit down. We interrupt for half an hour and we will return for the final and rendering orations.", the judge said and they got out. Milenna got out of the dock and slowly walked towards the chairs where the rest of the people were sitting, everything while looking at Jackson. Everyone got out of the room once again..

"Something tells me that Milenna's testimony changed many things.", Nathan said.
"I believe so too. In any case, I admired her. She did perfectly. I didn't expect her to show up.", Brandon said.
"She owed it to every one of Jackson's victims.", Nathan told him.

Then, Milenna was all alone by the side of a tree. Evelynn and Carol approached her. Evelynn touched Milenna's shoulder and gave her a cup of coffee.
"Drink it. It will make you feel better.", Evelynn said and Milenna smiled.
"Do you have any idea what awaits you?", Carol asked her.
"Yes! Prison! But I don't care. I deserve it.", Milenna answered.
"I personally believe, that your testimony changed many things. It will lighten your position.", Evelynn said.
"What I said in there will send me behind iron bars. I know it. But it doesn't annoy me, as long as Jackson gets there as well.", Milenna told them both. After half an hour past, the people entered the room once again...
