i'd been dating y/n for a year now, unfortunately i haven't been able to see her due to covid in about four months. at the time she was in sway and she went to go visit her family and then lockdown happened and she was quarantined with her family but of course traveling was difficult and her parents wouldn't let her travel to la since there were so many cases. we facetimed often and had plenty of virtual dates. today was a regular day as i woke up,had breakfast,and then decided to stream.
y/n pov
it was early in la and i'd just landed from my flight. i wanted to surprise vinnie and members of the hype house helped me out with it as we've been planning it for a few weeks. alex and kouver picked me up from the airport and brought me back up the house. they helped me with my bags and they were so excited for me to see vinnie as they walked me to his room and alex was vlogging.
a: sounds like he's streaming
alex and kouver stood outside the door
vinnie was really focused on the game he was playing
i walked over very quietly but i assumed he couldn't hear since he was wearing headphones
i put my chin on top of his shoulder and he looked up and his mouth dropped and he quickly stood up and took off his headphones
v: OH MY GOD Y/N
i laughed and hugged him
he was too focused on me to end his stream so alex did it for him
y:i missed you so much vinnie
v:i missed you more than you'll ever know i swear
he kissed me and then he just cupped my face with his hands
y:vin?-
v:i'm just admiring your beauty
he smiled

she was in my arms and i couldn't believe it, it had been so long. she's never been to this house before and she hasn't met the others in person either.
v: i'm so in love with you it's crazy
y:but i love you more
she smiled
i shook my head and smiled because that just isn't possible
hera let out a meow
v: oh my god wait you haven't met hera
i said picking her up and rocking her
v: hera say hi y/n,hi mom
v:do you want to hold her?
y/n nodded and i handed her over, i knew she loved cats so i'm definitely the happiest seeing them together
y:aww she's so cute vin
v:yeah she's a cutie but you're cuter
she laughed and then we both played a bit with hera and talked
v:love how long are you gonna be here?
y:two weeks
she said with a soft smile
it was kinda hard to be long distance, i couldn't hold her when she was sad,i couldn't take her to fun places,i couldn't hold her hand or anything
y:vin?
v:yeah?
y:i'm actually moving in with nai
she smiled
v:wait so you're staying? you're staying in la?
she nodded and before i knew it i started crying
y:vin baby why are you crying?
v:i'm just so glad you're not going to new jersey,it was so hard without you
she wiped my tears and kissed my forehead
y:i don't want to leave you ever again,and i'm so sorry-
v:it's not you're fault, you went to go visit your family and then you got stuck there, it's not your fault
i wiped her tears feeling terrible that she blamed herself for what happened
v: it's not your fault ok?
she nodded
v: do you wanna go get food?
y:yes pleasee
i smiled and got up with her
i also got to show her my cars and let her pick whichever one she wanted to go in
we went to go get food and then afterwards we went to the beach to watch the sunset
