1951-1968 was the golden debut of the Jacksons, Joesph Jackson's first band before the Jackson 5. The Jacksons had Antonio in it, and they would later get their own TV show called: Adventures of the Jackson Eight, which was canceled in 1969, the year the Jackson Five debuted. The reason of this is: The Jackson Five overthrew the Jacksons, which is the reason why the Jacksons broke up but still are in contact. When Antonio died, The Jackson family threw a private funeral for him one year later in 2013. The Jacksons' first song was, "Be There" which was released in 1952. The Jacksons debuted in 1952 actually. However, Antonio left the Jacksons in 1967, because he had a feeling that Michael was going to overthrow Antonio and his group of brothers. Antonio didn't become a solo artist until 1971 though.
