I don't really understand how that makes me intimidating but I don't think it's something that can be helped.
I mean... What do you want me to say, sorry? Cause I won't. I was born with this face. It's not like I can suddenly change how it looks, just deal with it.
In all honesty I don't care for my appearance. It doesn't really bother me that I come off as Intimidating, cold or maybe even harsh.
But I do find America's ability to put on a certain face impressive. I don't possess such a talent, my facial expressions are very limited, but America... He could instantly go from having a crappy morning to having the best morning with just a change of his face.
He could be;
• Cold and Distant towards his parents.
• Proud and Cheerful towards his siblings.
• Happy and Energetic towards people at school.
...
• Loving and Friendly towards me.
Most people don't know that though, and they don't need to know...
I don't like to admit it but I like that I only know this... I like knowing things about him that maybe others wouldn't realize at first....
Like how he pushes his hair back with a hair band for school everyday because he is too lazy to do his hair...
How his eyes, even though they are a cold Icy blue, still show warmth towards people...
How his lips-
"CHINA."
?!-
"27!" I sat up straight and looked to the front of the class, the teacher glaring at me as if she was sending daggers towards me with her eyes...
"Interesting answer... But unfortunately that isn't what we're discussing."
The teacher impatiently tapped a book in her hand.
My face flushed a deep red as I felt everyone's eyes on me... I could feel their eyes piercing my skin as everyone giggled to themselves quietly.
I hated being the center of attention...
"O-oh....sorry ma'am." I quickly opened my book and kept my head down, making sure to pay attention to the teacher this time, "May... I know the page number ma'am?"
"97. Now since it seems China wasn't paying any attention would anyone like to read the page? Or should I just make China read the next two pages as punishment?" A bitter smile crept onto the teacher's face, knowing that no one would likely read it for me.
I mean... She wouldn't be wrong to think that when no one here even likes the damn book...Let alone last I checked no one in this class would really want to read it out loud either. So I took a deep breath preparing to have to read two pages before a voice suddenly rang out.
"I'll read it! I'm bored anyway~" I knew that voice... Of course it was him. America.
I looked over at him, He gave me a confident grin and a thumbs up not even caring how obvious he was being in front of the teacher.
He had always been outspoken and rebellious but he usually never tried in class so it was a surprise to many people when he spoke out, I just found it kinda cute though...
"Hmph. Fine then." She quietly looked into the book, waiting for America to begin.
"Ahaa....where are we again?" A cheeky grin came from America. He knew exactly what he was doing and no matter what the teacher wanted to say she couldn't say anything since his mother was the principal.
"The first paragraph on 97." I could see her clench her teeth in irritation knowing she couldn't say or do anything, knowing he'd most likely find a way to ruin her career by the time they both got home.
"Thank you ma'am!~" with a small triumphant smirk, he began to read. Having a loud and clear voice that was accompanied by his beautiful southern accent that now filled the quiet classroom.
I followed along with what America was reading, taking in how soothing his voice was.
It was really beautiful...
