Ch:1 A day with Kim
Mom: "Hey Kim, wake up, time for school!"
Kim : When I wake up for school, which is about 7:00am,I brush my teeth but I usually spend more time in the bathroom because I'm looking through Insta and TikTok on the toilet, don't judge me. But after I wash my hands and brush my teeth. Usually, during that time, I turn on Spotify and play some music. I choose either my BTS playlist, Eric Nam Playlist, Morning Playlist, or Go To playlist. Today, I chose my Go To playlist.
I get changed and go to make sure to get everything I need to go to school. I usually skip breakfast because my goal is to be skinny and in my opinion, breakfast is useless. I am never hungry in the morning and if I am, I would just wait for a break at school. I always eat the food because I don't want to make the lunch ladies feel bad. Anyways, I am still listening to my music. I was on Jackson Wang's song Leave me Loving you.
I always charge my phone when I get back to my room to change because I don't want it to be low battery, even though it is 95% because my phone runs out of battery kind of fast since it is an iphone 6 and my mom's and brother's old phone. Yeah, it was kind of passed down. Anyways, I get my lanyard which has the SHCP's (Sacred Heart Cathedral Prep) logo on it. SHCP is my first and top choice for high school.
I pause my music and head out the door with my mom. My mom usually drops me off since she goes to work about the same way I go to school. As I arrive, I pass the 4-6 graders lining outside and go into the middle of the 7-8 grader's line waiting outside, waiting to go in. I usually go where I see a person in my grade who I recognize but then I just go on phone checking instagram. They do it too.
(Fast forward to leaving school)
I usually walk home alone. That's kind of the whole reason I bring my lanyard. Well, that and also so I can brag about it. My keys are unique because I have cards (although I barely use them), a key scan thingy to open the front door of the apartment building I'm living in, a key to open my apartment house door (sorry, never got the difference), a panda face plushie, and a whistle/flashlight self defense....ish thingy.
Although I walk home "alone" There are always 2 people I sometimes walk with. They kind of go the same way as me. Their names are Jessica and Bessie if you're curious.
