I'm just writing this on the spot so if it's bad sorry,

Imagine your dipping your toes in to a nice warm hot tub. The water is not too hot. It's not too cold, it's just at a nice relaxing perfect temperature. Imagine you slowly going further in. The water now halfway up your foot. Notice how the part of your foot that is submerged in the water is completely relaxed. You toes don't want to move. Slowly going deeper into the water now. The water covering up to your ankles. Your feet now motionless from the relaxation. As you

Feeling nice and relaxed as the water now reaches your calves. Slowly climbing up them as you slowly submerge into the water. The feeling of total relaxation slowly relaxing all your muscles making it impossible to move the submerged marts of your body. You don't need to move though. Just allow yourself to become completely relaxed and comfortable. The water now up to your knees. The lower half of your legs now going limb as they relax from the nice warm water.
The water now reached your thighs. Slowly climbing up to your torso. Your legs now completely relaxed. Let your brain start to feel relaxed too as you breath in the steam coming from the hot tub. Let it wrap around your mind, relaxing it, as you go deeper. The water now reaching your chest. The feeling of relaxation slowing and deepening your breathing. Causing you too breath in more of the steam. As you breath in the steam some of it turns into blue smoke, wrapping around your brain.
And some of it turns into black smoke. The black smoke is your thoughts. And every time you breath out, you breath out the black smoke. Your thoughts. The blue smoke is complete relaxation. You breath in some blue smoke and let it wrap around your brain. And breath out the black smoke. Letting your thoughts fade away.
You're not fully submerged in the water, with your head still above it so you can breath.
The only thing you can move now is your fingers to scroll down this page.
As you read each word I want you to feel yourself dropping even deeper. Breathing in more blue smoke and out even more black smoke.
I'm going to count backwards from 10. When I reach one you will be completely thoughtless and relaxed.

Now, I want you to imagine a box. On that box it says "memories".
I want you to put your memories in that box. Every single one of them. Now put them in the back of your mind. Let them sit there in that box for when you wake up.
I want you to take a moment and watch the background as you enjoy this relaxing feeling. Let the background pull you deeper into it. I and going to count from 20 this time and when I reach the end you will be 100x deeper.

Now you start to breath in a yellow smoke. This yellow smoke is bliss. Let the yellow and blue mix to make green. The green makes obedience. Relaxation and bliss are obedience, obedience is relaxation and bliss.
