Y/N was sitting in a bus as he crossed his arms, his sword in its holster as he held it in between his legs. Hearing nothing but people muttering amongst each other as he remained silent. His eyes closed as he gripped his sword tightly.

Y/N was sitting on a hill alone as his sword was strapped to his back, the breeze cutting through his H/C hair as a woman slowly approached him.
???: Hey Y/N. A woman in casual clothing said, sitting down by him as she leaned her head on his shoulder.

Y/N: Hey Kat. What are you doing here? He asked as he looked at her.
Kat: I was looking for you. Ever since that day. She said as she leaned against his chest, her breath tickling his neck.
Y/N: I'm fine. He said to her as she looked at him.
Kat: That mark has gotten worse. She said as Y/N slowly looked at her.
Kat: The part of your hair has gone grey. She said as she slowly reached towards his hair.
Y/N: Don't. He said, catching her hand as she looked at him.
Kat: Y/N... you don't need to punish yourself for what happened. She said as Y/N quickly stood up.
Y/N: She should still be alive. He cursed as he clenches his fists.
Kat: Y/N...
Y/N: She should be standing right here. I was careless. He cursed as the surrounding went black.
Y/N: Kat? He asked as he looked around, seeing nothing but the void around him.
???: Y/N! A scream rung around him as Y/N looked around, gripping the hilt of his sword.
Y/N: Kat!? He yelled as he looked around before hearing ripping.
Y/N: No. No! He yelled as he ran towards the direction where the sound came.
The swordsman continued deeper into the void as the sound of cloth ripping got louder and louder before hearing screaming. Continuing to run, his eyes widen with anger as he ripped his sword out of its holster.
Y/N: Let her go! He yelled as he glared at a disfigure man, seeing him hold a tool in front of a bloodied Kat.

Disfigured man: Hehe. The man chuckled darkly as Y/N reeled his sword to the side, preparing to bring it down onto the disfigured man.
Y/N: Die! He yelled as he brought his sword onto the disfigured man.
SLASH
???: Y-Y-Y/N? A voice rasped weakly as his eyes widen, seeing another woman in front of him as the woman looked at him, his large steeled blade running through her chest as blood ran down the blade.
Y/N: M-Mira?

Y/N: Mira! He gasps as he pants heavily, sweat running down his face as he gripped his sword tightly, ready to pull it out of his holster.
???: We've arrived at Kuoh Academy. The driver announced as Y/N slowly stood up before walking out of the bus.
Y/N: This must be Kuoh Academy. He thought to himself before walking through the school gates, not seeing a girl with blue hair in a school uniform.
???: Hey! Who are you? Why are you on school grounds? A voice called out as Y/N turned to the side to see a girl with black hair and pink eyes, wearing glasses.
Y/N: I'm looking for Rias. He answered as the girl looked at him.
???: I don't understand why you are looking for Rias. You're clearly not a student here. She said as she fixed her glasses.
Y/N: A friend of mine told me that I'd find her here. He said to her.
???: You're not a student here and you don't have a pass so please leave the school grounds sir. She said with an authoritize tone.
???: Sona, no reason to be like that to this stranger. A girl with red hair and blue eyes said as she stood by the two.
Sona: Rias...
Rias: I've overheard your conversation with him. She said as Sona sighed.
Sona: Fine. But as long you're both done, he must leave. She said before walking away, leaving the two alone.
Rias: I've heard you were looking for me. She said as she looked at him with a small smile.
Y/N: You must be Rias. He said as Rias smiles.
Rias: Why are you looking for me?
Y/N: Help me. He said as Rias looked at him with confusion.
Rias: What do you mean?
Y/N: Help me get stronger. He said as she looked at him.
Rias: Why?
Y/N: To avenge my friends and peerage. I want their killers before my feet.
