If you have read any of my previous stories, you know that I usually stick to fan-fiction but this time I wanted to try something different.
As usual it's an enemies to lovers trope, but everything down to the last sentence is original!
I've always thought strong-female and business oriented lead characters were very attractive yet sorely touched upon in today's romance world.
It's always the billionaire guy this or millionaire man that.
The marry rich, sugar daddy and wolf on Wall Street type vibe.
You won't find that here.
There's nothing wrong with that and if you like books with those circumstances, awesome, I can't lie that I also love to/have read books with that plot but we are going down a different path this time.
Our main character Taylor is a boss bitch and runs the show, the hero and heroine are NOT equals.
For those of you thinking that this is a step away from your usual and comfortable reading habits, I urge you to just try it out.
Don't be put off by this description!
After all the heroine will always need the hero just as much as he needs her :)
Jealousy, angst, gender (norm) reversal roles, grief topics and even a marriage of convenience are going to run rampant in this book and I hope you love every second of it!

- Greer Evans: 8 yrs old (turns 9 halfway through) (F)
