"Anyway Ace Kano will not be a member from this day on. She is infact what we all call a traitor according to our lovely lady, Mira. " Hearing the forbidden word come out his mouth, all I could do was flinch in shock as Aguni stared at me with saddened eyes.
"I heard she has not been participating in games, she is walking around freely without any contributions to our freedom."

My face dropped before I slam my fists on the table making everyone flinch around me as I stood up to leave. I just couldn't stay any longer. It was all too much to hear.

But to call her a traitor over something she can't stop!

Storming through the hallway to reach my room, all I could do was kick it open quickly and rushing over to her delicate sleeping state to wake her up.

"Oi!" I yelled as I shook her hard enough to get her eyes open from her sleep. She looked at me with confusion when I place the gun down on the bed and began to grab stuff to pack for our journey.

"What's going on?" Seeing her still in tired state staring at me wrapped in the covers, staying in her cocoon of warmth. But seriously we need to leave as there's only one thing that happens to traitors...

"We need to go into hiding. We need to hide you away from here. "  Grabbing the travel bag and topping it up with necessary items such as small guns and clothes for her.

"Oh. Let me guess you- "

"No. Mira told Hatter everything like you're benefiting off of everyone's deaths, etc. Look she doesn't give a damn about you. She rather make you look bad for her own pleasure. "

Seeing her face change from the shock, she began to look down in upset to think she has been betrayed once again by someone she thought she could trust.

"She's the reason for this game though. " She whispered loud enough for me to hear which I don't believe she realises.

"But why do you want to help me?" She questioned with a dark stare before I stopped packing and approach her. Sitting by her side on the bed and staring into her eyes past the darkness to suddenly feel an urge.

"Because... "

Leaving forward cutting myself off from cheesy confessions, feeling the warmth of her breath getting closer and hotter before placing my lips on hers. Closing my eyes when our lips connected forgetting about everything as she decides to accept the kiss. Feeling herself waking up as she placed her hands around my neck before I placed mine on her waist pulling her in to get a deeper and better taste. This is what I have been craving for so many years.

Then she pulled away.

"You're safe with me. Please believe me. " Begging for her to not dwell on the betrayals of the past, all we can do now is move in the present and restart.

"Come on. We need to leave and maybe continue this else where. " Grabbing her hand to drag her up to her feet as she blushed slightly before following me.

"No one will touch you. Okay?"

Seeing her nod nervously when I quickly let go of her hand and grab my sniper to check it's still loaded enough. I know it's a sniper for long range, but that doesn't stop me from trying to use it close range. Licking my tongue across my lips admiring the taste of the kiss before cocking the gun ready as we head out the hotel suite to see militants all ready to collect what they believe is theres.

When really she is mine!

Ace's POV

Trailing behind him, still in shock from everything to realise all along I had a target on my back and that to think the monster himself is now helping me. But the biggest shock was when he came to collect me suddenly before kissing me. A kiss that wasn't at all rough like his appearance but it was gentle. It made me feel like I was a delicate doll or something.

Shit! What the fuck?!

Hearing the screams of panicked members before realising the militants were all going against their so called beloved leader or commander Niragi who was relying his abilities to surpass them all. He was really going against his own.

"Y/N RUN!!!" He yelled before pushing me to the stairway to start moving to his van. He quickly gave me his keys before continuing his shoot out.

Running quickly as I barge past the panicked members before seeing the exit right in front of me only for me to feel it go black.

Hearing the sounds of gunshots fade away as my body gives up.

I believed this was game over.

"Y/N, don't worry it's me. " Recognising the voice in the darkness gave me reassurance before I blacked out completely. Relying on Niragi to save me from Hell's gates.
