Avalanche

"Im going with you then." Chase stopped walking and turned to her. She walked up to him "I'm going and your not stopping me"

"Y/n-"

"Its either we both go or both stay Chase" She crossed her arms. Chase knew that he can't stop her.

"Fine lets go" They grabbed their mission suit and gear and left.

Hand in hand they walked through the snow. Chase had a tight grip on her hand not wanting to lose her. They suddley heard voices

"Y/n Chase where are you?" It was Mr.Davenport

"We're at the cytanium site." Chase answered

"What? We told you not to go it was too Dangerous, What are you doing"

"You guys need to leave now" Alexander said

"I'm proving that even without super-speed and super-strength i can still get the job done"

"I wasn't going to let him come on his own" Y/n said

"Your about to be trapped by a major storm, get out of there now"

"It's ok we're almost done. We just have to get the last of the samples"

"No abort and seek shelter. That's an order. That storm-" Donald was cut off by a loud rumbling coming from the coms "What was that noise"

Y/n and Chase saw it was an avalanche. It was already to close for y/n to super speed with Chase. He grabbed y/n and covered her as a pile of snow bury over them.

As they were covered under snow. Y/n was facing up while Chase was on top of her. Chase was recoding his misson log while y/n looked around touching the snow.

"Chase misson log. Hour 3. These could be my last recorded words. Me and n/n are still stuck a moutain of snow. The air is getting thinner. We're cold and hungry. And these snow pants are giving me an extreme wedgie!" Y/n put her hand on the snow but removed it fast as it got her colder. Chase notice and stop recording. He wrapped his arms around her as best he can. Her fingers started turning blue. "I'm sorry"

(As you guys know y/n was injected with serums form the lab by her mom giving her powers and by dr.Philip giving her more powers but it also messed with her body that's why her fingers start to turn blue fast or why it's different then Adam Bree and Chase.)

They suddenly heard digging. Chase shield y/n as he yelled "Yes! Adam! Bree! I knew you would come for us! We're in here!" A hole open and snow fell threw. Chase covered y/n's face and shield his own before them both looked up to see who they thought was adam and Bree.

When they saw y/n couldn't believe it. She couldn't form any words. Chase had confusion and anger in his face. They saw it was Adam and Bree but...

Douglas Davenport

"What are you doing here?" Chase asked as y/n was still speechless.

"Saving my son's and future daughter in law's life" Douglas help them out and took them to a tent he had set up where he had heat.

Chase had y/n in between his legs hold her as she held out her hands to warm herself. She didn't say a word since Douglas found them. She doesn't want to even look at him. She felt hurt and betrayed by him even though he did save her life... twice... he still was helping her mom planning on killing her.

"Would you like some soup?" He asked "I went to cooking school in the 90s. It's tuscan bean"

"Is it poison?" Chase asked
