We'll Meet Again

Chapter 1

"Clay wake up" he hears from the voice he recognises as his lovers,George.
Clay opens his eyes to see George hovering above him with a big grin on his face, "I made you something" George says with excitement in his tone, clay sits up to see what George is holding, "a painting?" He asks questioningly, "yes!" George says, clay takes the painting from George to take a closer look, as he's just woken up and his vision is still a bit blurry so he rubs his eyes slightly to clear them, he skims over the painting, admiring it, it's a painting of him and his cat,patches. "George holy shit, this is beautiful" he looks at George, George smiles then says "thank you, I spent a lot of time on that" clay smiles at George and thanks him, he then got out of bed and put the painting near his desk, he looks at George with nothing but love in his eyes, he then takes George's hand in his own and leads him downstairs into the kitchen to make coffee for the both of them. As they drink their coffees in a comfortable silence George looks at dream, "what do you want to do today" he says, "I have no idea, what is something you've always wanted to do, we'll do it." Clay says, George looks like he's in deep thought then says "I've always wanted to go on a roadtrip" he says with a smile on his face, "oh we are so doing that!!" Clay says with excitement, so that was that, they were going on a roadtrip, they both gave eachother a mischievous grin then bolted up the stairs to start packing some clothes, as they're packing Clay says "we should go to the store to get food and drinks, we don't have much stuff in the house", "yes good idea! We'll load up the car then go to the store" he says back.

They finished packing and put everything in the back of the car, now on their way to the store.
"Hey clay, I want to show you a song" George plugs the aux cable into his phone, then a song starts playing, it sounds familiar to clay "what song is this?" He asks George. "Match in the rain by Alec Benjamin!", "sounds familiar" Clay says.

They arrive at the store, going down all the necessary aisles, getting a bunch of candy,drinks and other stuff that they don't really need. They pay for everything then leave the store,once they get into the car Clay says "this is gonna be so fun" he says laughing slightly as he opens a bag of gummy worms.
