"Today's a holiday, leave me alone." Ash said as he leaned on the couch, tried from all the studying.
"Why do you look so wasted?" Misty asked again.
"That's 'cause I am. I'm tired as hell and can't even get up." Ash replied.
"Okay."
"Ash! Misty! Wanna eat my special chocolate cake?" Sarah yelled from the kitchen.
"YES." Ash yelled back and he jumped up from the couch and ran into the kitchen. Misty just chuckled to herself seeing how much of a baby Ash was, and followed.
[Day 11]
"Ash."
"Yeah?"
"Off to study, now." Misty said as she pointed to their room.
"But I just did."
"So, you're saying you can answer everything I ask?" Misty asked.
"I am going." Ash said as he got up and went inside his room.
[Day 13]
[A chat between Ash and Misty]
Ash
You called?
Misty
Yeah, I did.
Ash
What's up? Anything wrong?
Misty
No, I just wanted you to bring me chocolates.
Ash
Check the fridge?
Misty
I did. There are none.
Ash
How's that possible? I just saw them yesterday.
Misty
I ate them.
Ash
Oh.
Why?
Misty
Because I read a fact that eating chocolates help you study.
Ash
I see. Okay, I am bringing, for both of us.
Misty
Tenku.
Ash
Mhm
[Day 15]
"Done with everything?" Sarah asked the two teens.
"Yep." Ash and Misty said in unison.
"Ready for a quick quiz?" She asked.
"Yep." Both of them said again.
[After the question answer session]
"Alright, you both seem very prepared." Sarah said, clapping.
"We are." Ash said, nodding.
"Go sleep now. Good night, sleep tight." Sarah instructed.
"Good night."
[Day 17]
"How many days more?" Yellow asked, rubbing her eyes.
"One." Misty replied.
"Yaaaaaaaaaay!" May said as she jumped up.
"Even though we're toppers, I don't like exams." Serena stated.
"Same."
"Same."
"Same."
"Same."
"Same."
"It's not like I don't like it, but it's also not like I love it." Misty said.
"Okay, these last papers were pretty long and hard, I admit." Ash said, truthfully.
"I agree." Dawn said. Everyone nodded.
"I feel betrayed by happiness. How can it leave me like that?" Ash said.
"As simply as Misty eats chocolates." Clemont stated.
"Alright now. Let's get this over with." Gary said and they headed inside their class.
[Day 18]
"FINALLY OVER!" Brock yelled.
"Hey Stella! Come here!" May told Stella as she saw her approaching.
"How did your exams go?" Stella asked, who was a year behind them, but had her exams as well.
"They were good." Dawn said. Everybody else nodded.
"What are those students doing?" Ash asked, pointing at some kids happily yelling over the balcony of the school and throwing their things here and there.
"Expressing their happiness." Misty replied.
"Like this?" Ash asked again. Misty nodded.
"Let them enjoy it until it lasts, after the results come out, it's gonna be a sad time for them anyway." Paul said. Everybody laughed.
