Personality: sarcastic, emotionless sometimes, forward thinking, tactical, neutral force most times and knowledgeable
Backstory: His father was an Enclave officer and his mother died after getting a rare disease. His father offered him a place in the Enclave, he accepted and rose through the ranks of the Enclave. He was sent out on a lone mission to retrieve something but got word the oil rig was destroyed, so he fled the state of California to Washington where he lived in Rivet City before joining up with the Brotherhood of Steel and becoming a paladin. He later left after seeing the Brotherhood didn't follow its original code.
