The crowd went wild as one of the boxers suddenly collapsed hitting his chin. The referee rashly went to him and check him. As he raises his hand as a sign of declaring a champion. The winning team went up to the arena jumping and shouting with great joy. 

The crowd joins them screaming and shouting the family name of the new Bantamweight champion.

Esguerro!! Esguerro!! Esguerro!!

 Manuel went to the center and nailed praising God and bowing his head to all of the people that witness his greatest glory today. He was very overwhelmed with the sudden event he wanted to scream but his mouthpiece was preventing him. So he pulled it out and scream while raising his proud yet tired hands.

Reporters were blocking his way out of the arena. They keep on questioning him about, how was the fight? What is his feeling right now? What can he say about his contender? and many more. He keeps on smiling like theirs no tomorrow. He was very happy inside and out.

When he answered one of the many questions, he was tearing up. Tears of joy that's what they called. He had been through a lot. Hard training, long planning, and proper diet and exercise. He even vomits blood one of those days. Pain muscles, wounds, and insomnia due to overthinking.

And at last, finally, the fight is over and he won fulfilling his dream. His effort did not go to waste.

The bodyguards guided him as the crowd went closer to him. They're having a hard time getting out. 

While walking and going inside their locker room, his coach approached him and hugged him. He's very proud of him his precious boxer. He treats him as his second son and part of his growing family.

Manuel hugged him so tight thanking him for his greatest effort and unending patience and lectures. The people around them were very happy for the fatherly and son treatment of the two. They were full of smiles. A minute had passed before they pull from their hug and walked inside their locker. They help him change his clothes and fixed him up for the interview.

When he entered the broadcasting room, the audience scream for him and congratulated him for the win. He just raised his hand to them before proceeding to sit in front of the anchor. 

The anchor started the interview with a commendation for his win and proceed to the real topic.

On the other hand, in a closed room, a group in a black hoody with black masks on them started to walk out heading inside a black van. When all have already inside, they started the ride heading to a specific place.

As the interview went well and joyfully, the interview ended early and with applause. 

He then bid farewell and exit the room. 

He was now in the lobby walking and has successfully gone out waiting for his car when a black van appeared rushing in front of him. He was caught off guard and wasn't able to fight. One of them hits his neck so hard it knocks him immediately. 

They then get him inside the van leaving the witness in awe. 

The sudden event reaches all the ears of the media. The nation went chaotic worrying about their popular boxing champion. The police were deployed everywhere even the SWAT team and NBI. All the police forces in town were in alert mode checking every CCTV and scanning every black van even putting up a checkpoint area in each every town exit.

All of the news channels were all about the kidnapping of the famous boxing star current Bantamweight Champion Manuel Esguerro. But the most worried of them all was his family. He only has his mother and one younger sister. 

Her mother was sitting in their living room while watching the news and looking at her phone from time to time. Waiting for any news about his precious son. While Rena, his younger sister was beside her doing the same thing. A team was dispatched to protect them and right now, they were inside the house disguised as helpers.

The news reported about giving a bounty for anyone who can report anything about the kidnappers and a huge bounty awaits for the one who can tell the exact location of their whereabouts. 

Suddenly a call came at the main headquarters of the police. The chief answered it. It's the kidnappers demanding a big amount of money in exchange for the boxer's life. They gave them 6 hours to prepare what they asked for. They will just call again after that time ends.

Chief Raul looked at one of his men doing the contact tracing but they failed. The call was too short to trace. All the police inside that room were shaking their heads for disappointment.

One of them shouted cursing those kidnappers who dared call even them just to tell their handsome demands.

The chief called Mrs. Esguerro to inform her about the situation. She agreed and went straight directly to the bank and withdraw a huge amount of money. Not minding how much money was left. She waited until the bank manager handed her a bag full of cash. 

But before she can grab it, the manager touches her hand comforting and giving her strength saying that this will all be passed and everything will be okay. She appreciated his gesture and fake a smile at him and carry that heavy bag. She went out of the bank and went in inside her car.

She told the driver to hurry and go to their designated place. The driver agreed and started the engine headed to where the kidnappers asked them to drop the money in exchange for his son's life. Money is nothing compared to his son's priceless life. 

Before she went out of the house, someone handed her a newspaper with a pin note in it stating where she will head after she's done getting the money. She automatically knows what it means. They want her to go without tailing by the police.

She was desperate to the point of not thinking too much about everything and just going with whatever the abductor asked. 

But she did not know that her daughter was following her behind riding a scooter. The police, SWAT, and NBI were in disguise following her. Soon, all of them gather in a specific area. The forces of the police, SWAT, and NBI were scattered and blocking every exit for they want to capture the kidnappers. Rena was hiding somewhere while looking at her mom standing at the center of the vacant area of a port.

Everyone was ready and they were just waiting for the kidnapper's appearance when all of a sudden, a black van dash in front of Mrs. Esguerro and dragged her inside the van. This leaves the police in froze. The van rush in their escape before the police. 

Rena was about to scream and call her mother but was stopped when someone hit her neck that made her sleep. She was carried then inside a black van.

The police were stuck in the port when a bomb exploded near their place. A few were injured and thankfully no one died. The rescuer came with the ambulance and applied them first-aid.

Now, their case became bigger and they will find out soon that even the youngest lady of Esguerro was also abducted. It is a great dilemma. Chief Raul was in a foul mood. No one wants to approach him, scared of his wrath.
