I am in love with Steve. I know right, my dads best friend! I am out of my mind! I can't believe I like him! Out of all people! Love is so complicated!

Steve and I have been having a secret affair for 5 months now. Nobody knows.

I usually tell my dad I'm going to study for a test or train when I go see Steve. He always falls for it. Which is weird considering he's an ex-assassin. Who knows?

I was in the training room lifting some weights when Steve walked in. He looked me up and down and smirked.

After I was finished I walked into the showers and stripped out of my workout clothes. I hopped in the shower and heard someone walk in the room.

"Hello?" I said.

"Hey." Steve smirked and got in the shower with me naked.

I smiled and turned around and put my arms around his shoulders. "Hey." I smiled.

The next morning I woke up and limped downstairs. I saw Natasha, Tony, Sam, Wanda, and my dad sitting on the couch. Natasha watched as I limped into the kitchen.

Natasha started laughing. "What?" I asked madly. "Nothing.. nothing.." she giggled. I limped over to the fridge and got some orange juice.

Steve walked downstairs with no shirt on. "Oh no.." Tony smirked. I limped over and Steve laughed at me. I turned around and stared him down.

"Why are you limping?" Sam asked. "Good question.." I said frustrated and looked at Steve. He giggled again. "What's going on?" My dad asked.

Steve looked at him smirking. My dad looked between me and him for a second. He then shrugged it off.

"Seriously?" Wanda said. "You still haven't figured it out?" She said. I smiled and sat down. "Figured out what?" My dad asked.

"Who do you think makes all that noise in the middle of the night?" Wanda asked him. "Tony probably." He said. Tony laughed, "Not me." He said. My dad looked at Wanda confused and then Wanda nodded towards me and Steve.

"Okay! Who wants some pancakes?! I could make some?!" I said trying to avoid this conversation.

My dad looked between me and Steve and then his eyes widened. "Okay. I do!" Steve said walking into the kitchen. "Okay!" I said following him.

"STEVE!! Y/N!!" My dad yelled. He walked after us. I turned on my heel. "Yeah dad?" I asked.

"You and Steve?" He asked. "Yes." I said while Steve put his arm around my waist. My dad smiled. "Your not mad?" I asked. "No. I think you two are good together." He smiled.

"Really? That's good because.." Steve started to say. He got down on one knee. "Steve?" I asked confused and smiled. "Y/n Barnes? Will you marry me?" He asked pulling out a beautiful ring.

Tears started to fall down my face. "Yes! Yes! I'll marry you!" I said. He picked me up and spun me around. He put the ring on my finger while I cried. My dad was also crying in happiness. "I love you." I kissed him. "I love you too." He kissed me back.

I hugged my dad and he hugged me too. "Congratulations honey." He smiled. "Thank you." I cried. He wiped my tears and I kissed Steve again.

5 months later me and Steve got married. 4 months after that I found out I was pregnant. We are now happily married and have a beautiful baby girl named Sarah Jamie Rogers.
