Chapter 3: The date || l.h.

Once I finished my shower, I turned off the shower and got out, and wrapped both my hair and my body in two different towels. I got out of the bathroom and headed back to my dorm and put my outfit on. Once, I got my outfit on, I sat at my vanity mirror and got out my makeup bag, and did my makeup. Once I finished my makeup, I did my hair in a cute hairstyle. This is my makeup, hairstyle, and my outfit.

It has been 2 hours and I'm fully ready, it is now 2 minutes till 10. I'm doing some last-minute touches on my makeup, hair, and outfit. It is now 10 and I get a text from my boyfriend, Luke.

Today at 10:00

Babyy🧸🦋: Hey princess, are you all ready for our beach picnic date?

Serenity: Yup, I'm all ready. Are you here already, babe?

Babyy🧸🦋: yea, I'm here already. I'm at the parking lot.

Serenity: Okay, I'm on my way there now.

Babyy🧸🦋: Okay :))

End of conversation

After texting Luke that I'm all ready and Luke telling me where he is, I get my purse and start walking to the parking lot. When I get to the parking lot, I see my boyfriend Luke looking really handsome waiting for me. "Hey princess, you look absolutely beautiful," Luke said as he gives me a kiss. "Hey babe, thank you!! You look really handsome as well." I said. Luke being the kind gentlemen that he is, opens the door for the passenger side of his sports car for me.

Once, I'm inside of his car Luke gets inside and starts driving to the beach where we're gonna have our beach picnic date. We finally pull up to our destination, and once Luke parks the car he gets out of the car and opens my door for me. "Wow, this looks so beautiful Luke!!" I said. "Ofc, anything for my girlfriend," Luke said after giving me a small peck on my cheek. Luke then takes my hand in his, and we start walking together to the beach.

Once we're at the beach we sat down on the blanket and that's when luke handed me a bouquet of roses. "Thank you for the roses, babe!! I love them, it's so pretty." I said. "Your welcome princess," Luke said after giving me a kiss. "What food did you pack for our date, Luke?" I said. "I packed chocolate-covered strawberries and chicken alfredo pasta," Luke said.

"This food is so good, Luke!! Who made all of this food?" I asked. "My friend Harry Styles, who is one of my 3 roommates in my dorm," Luke said. "That's cool, Luke! Harry's food that he cooked is so delicious," I said after eating two chocolate-covered strawberries. "Serenity, who are your roommates in your dorm?" Luke asked. "My roommates are me, Alina, and Aailyah." I said. "They seem pretty cool, from what you've told me about them," Luke said. "Yea, they are. I love them so much, they are my best friends.

Whose your roommates, Luke?" I asked. "My roommates are me, Harry, and Calum," Luke said. "Whose the messiest roommate?" I asked Luke. "Definitely, Calum for sure. His side of the dorm is always a mess, there's clothes are all over the place and he never makes his bed." Luke said while laughing which caused me to laugh. "Omg Luke, it must be hard sharing a dorm with someone who is very messy." I said while laughing.

"It really is, to be completely honest," Luke said. "Serenity, may I ask how long you and your ex-boyfriend Ryan dated? if you don't wanna answer, it's completely fine I understand and I know that you don't like talking about your past or your ex." Luke asked knowing that I don't really like talking about my ex.

"It's fine babe, you were just wondering," I said. "I dated Ryan for a year and half before he broke up with me, I'm completely over him and I'm happy that we're dating and happy that you're my boyfriend now, babe," I said putting my head on Luke's shoulder. "Oh, so y'all didn't last long. Same, I'm so happy to be your boyfriend and that you're my girlfriend." Luke said leaning his head on mine and intertwined our hands together.

"I love you so much, princess," Luke said before smashing his soft lips into mine and kissing me passionately. "I love you too babe, thank you so much for this date, I loved it so much," I said after disconnecting my lips from Luke.

"Wanna take a walk with me, my princess?" Luke asked me. "Sure, babe," I said. We both got up still hand-in-hand, we walked around the beach looking at the beautiful sunset that was occurring. We continued walking for an hour before we headed back to our picnic area and packing up and heading to Luke's car and headed back home because it was getting pretty late and both of us were getting pretty tired.

Time skip to the beach picnic date coming to an end

Once we got back to the college campus, we both headed inside going our separate ways. But before we headed our separate ways, luke pulled me into a hug then smashed his soft lips into mine kissing me all sweetly. After the kiss, we both pulled away, "Thank you for this amazing beach picnic date, babe. I really loved it and really enjoyed it," I said to luke. "Ofc princess, anything to make you happy. Same, I also had tons of fun and really enjoyed our beach picnic date as well!" Luke said.

Goodnight my beautiful princess, sleep well and dream about me when you fall asleep." Luke said. "Goodnight babe, I love you and I always dream about you all the time no matter what time it is." I said cheerfully. "I love you too princess," Luke said

We both went our separate ways to our dorms. When I arrived at my dorm, I entered my dorm and saw my two roommates Alina and Aailyah in the living room watching a movie. I walked towards the living room and sat on the couch and then my two roommates saw me and paused the movie to talk to me.

"Hey Serenity, how was your date with your boyfriend Luke?" Alina asked me. "It was really amazing, girls," I said with pure joy. "I'm pretty tired girls, let's go to sleep. We're all going to the mall to shop and most importantly to spend quality time together, just the three of us. "Yea we should!!" Alina and Aailyah both said at the same time.

Me and the girls got ready for bed and went straight to sleep.
