Everleigh Meadowlark spent her entire life wanting to travel the world. When she grew up, that want made her a flight attendant, and that career became a pain. Studying to become a nurse practitioner, Everleigh spends the time she's not on flights wishing she could fly away.
With her career comes a lack of connection with people emotionally. Why would she try for a relationship when she's travelling all over and is rarely home? Everleigh was always fine staying single and occasionally hooking up with someone during a layover.
Then DJ Kingston Maverick—mainly known by Maverick—crashed into her and Everleigh found herself questioning everything she thought she wanted with romance—though none of that mattered when they always ended up on opposite ends of the world.
