Chapter 15

Episode 15 – My Best Friend is Stressed
About a month or so has passed since Suzy’s arrival.

In the original, she would have been a popular person among both genders due to her innocent personality… that’s what it should have been, but as for reality, it was a bit strange.

She would personally boast about being the “Heroine” and do whatever she wanted. She was disagreeable and domineering and acted like she was the centre of the world. And yet, in front of the handsome male students she would behave like a graceful cat. As a result, she was thoroughly hated by the female students.

“Even though she’s also a noble, I can’t see Suzy like that at all.”

“I hope you don’t become like that. She’s a bad example.”

“As if, she reminds me of those rival characters from romance novels.”

Several of the female students would reprove Suzy, not that I heard it with my own ears, on the other hand “Mob-charas aren’t supposed to speak!” with that sort of ambiguous insult hurled at them, before long they stopped approaching her.

“Good grief! That transfer student causes so much trouble! Always, always being so selfish, mhh, mmh…”

“I can’t concentrate if I don’t eat! At this rate, if it continues like this, I’ll end up going bald!”

She was emitting anger, Chaeyoung was eating and eating and eating some cheese biscuits. Lisa had baked them last night. The dough was mixed with the rosemary grown in her parents’ herbal garden, the fragrance complemented the taste of cheese.

“Chae, tell me if there’s anything I can do to help.”

“Then, please bake cookies for me everyday… just kidding. I wouldn’t want Jungkook-sama getting jealous.”

Then Chaeyoung muttered under her breath—“In any case, it’s a relief that Lis didn’t become the dorm manager.”—so that Lisa couldn’t hear.

“Eh? Chae, just now, did you say something?”

“Nope, nothing. As for Suzy, please leave it to me. If Lis is happy with Jungkook-sama, then there’s no greater pleasure as a best friend… On your neck, I can see it.”

“Hya!?”

If Chaeyoung wasn’t there, surely, she would have kept inside her room all the time. Bright and lively, she was drawn out by her best friend—

“Thank you,  Chae.”

“Wh-what’s going on. So suddenly…”

When Lisa smiled, Chaeyoung turned around and snorted. She wondered if it was embarrassing for her, her ears were stained a little red.

“It’s nothing. Please continue to take care of me.”

“Obviously. If it’s Lis, I’ll have to look out for dangerous things.”

The time spent by these two people was gentle and relaxing.

—But as if to ruin it, a single intruder appeared.

“Lalisa Manoban! It’s you! You ripped up my textbooks and soiled my uniform!”

Taking along a couple of boys, Suzy came to condemn her. Of course, these charges were false. In fact, it was a one-man show.
