+Chapter 7+

"It's around 9 o' clock, you should go eat so we can head back home," Phil responded. Sapnap sighed, his expression saying it all. He didn't want to leave, he wanted to stay for just a little longer. But he knew that he couldn't, he needed to go back to Bad and Skeppy. He really did miss them, it felt weird waking up without immediately smelling freshly cooked breakfast, amazing coffee, the sound of birds chirping outside his bedroom window and the scent of roses and tulips.

Instead, he woke up to the smell of pancakes and muffins, sounds of fire crackling and the scent of the smoke. "I know you want to stay-" Phil began, being cut off by Sapnap. "No it's fine, I understand we have to go. I miss the way things go in the Over World, I'm just not used to things here.. I don't know, it just feels odd in some ways," Sapnap said. Philza nodded, patting Sapnap on the head.

"C'mon kid, let's go say bye to your parents and start heading back home," he said. Sapnap got up from the small bed, following the other. Once they made it to the living room, they said their goodbyes to Abigail, asking her to say bye to Jackson and Oli for them. After that, they exited the fortress and went on their way.

George was about to make it to the fortress when he saw Philza and Sapnap leave the building and close the gates. He ran over to them, "Guys!" Phil turned to look at the brunette, confusion covering his face. When Sapnap saw him, he almost jumped onto him and hugged him tightly, but instead he smiled happily.

"George! Since when were you here?" Sapnap asked. "You....have to-.. hold on.." George said, panting in between his words. Once he caught his breath, he tried once again. "You have to warn your parents now."

"What do you mean to warn them? Is something going to happen?" Philza asked. George nodded frantically, "Yes, Bad and Skeppy found out you brought Sapnap here, and now they're going to do anything, and I mean anything to get him back and not let him see his parents ever again."

Sapnap's eyes went wide, anger and confusion taking over. "What..?"

"Skeppy even said that he would kill them if they ever saw you again, they don't want you knowing about your family and your powers. You haven't experienced them yet, at least you don't remember using them. But if they find out that you do know what you can do and know how to control them, they're gonna be pissed and go into extreme measures to make sure you forget about them," George informed.

"They can't be serious...kill my parents?! This is the only time I have ever seen them, why would they want to do that to me?" Sapnap questioned. George shrugged, signifying that he had no idea why they wanted to do that...knowing it would hurt the ravenette.

"The others are on their side, they aren't going to back you up. I'm the only one who has been trying to convince them to not do this..." George said, placing his hands on the younger's shoulders. "Either they make a run for it and start living somewhere else in the Nether...or they're going to get hurt. You running away isn't an option, if you stay with them, things will just get worse."

"I'll go tell them, stay here with Sapnap," Philza told George. He quickly ran back inside the fortress to tell Abigail. Jackson had decided to not go to work, so he entered the house straight after. Sapnap fiddled with his fingers, biting his bottom lip. "Don't worry Sapnap, once they see you and know that you haven't found out how to use your powers, they won't do what they're planning on doing," George assured.

"Are you sure..?"

"Yes, I know right now isn't really the time but I would do anything for you, anything to keep you safe and happy. And that's because I like you, more than just a friend.." George said, slightly cringing from how it sounded slightly cheesy to him. However, Sapnap blushed at his words. "No, you're lying."

"I'm not, I really do love you," George said, cupping the other's face. Sapnap smiled, wrapping his arms around the taller male's neck and hugging him tightly. George smiled, hugging him back. He placed a sweet kiss on his forehead, playing with the ravenette's hair.

"Alright..they're going to pack a few things and move into a secret cabin that they had built, we should go now before the others find us," Phil said, cutting their little moment short. George and Sapnap pulled away from the hug, the two nodding.

The three of them began to quickly head back to where the others were. After around a few minutes, they ran into them. Bad immediately ran up to Sapnap, pulling him into a tight hug. George was glad that they stopped heading towards the fortress, not wanting anything to happen.

"Sapnap, you're safe! Why did you come here...?" Bad asked, pulling away from the hug. Sapnap stared down at the floor, thinking of what to say. "I-.. I just wanted to walk around and see how things worked around here," Sap said.

"Did you happen to run into anyone?" Skeppy asked. George knew they were wondering if Sapnap met his parents, but he knew that Sap wasn't going to tell them the whole truth. "Nope, Philza just took me to a few places, we didn't see anyone around."

"Alright...let's go home, shall we?" Bad asked. Sapnap nodded, getting a hold of George's hand. Everyone began to head back to the portal, walking through it and appearing back in the Over World. All the party decorations were still there, all the food and presents being kept inside Bad and Skeppy's house.

"So...should we re-do the party that we planned yesterday?" Dream asked. Everyone nodded, all going their separate directions to set everything up again. "Hey Sapnap..?" George called once everyone had gone away. Sapnap looked at him, tilting his head slightly to the side.

"Um.. since we both, you know..like each other, we should go on a few dates before we-" George said, however being cut off by Sapnap placing a quick kiss on his cheek.

"Yes George, I'll go on a date with you. Come on! We wouldn't want to be late to the party afterwards would we?" Sapnap asked. "Right, let's go on a quick date then," George said, dragging Sapnap to who knows where. The ravenette giggled, following the brunette.
