They stared in comfortable silence at the sight of the descending symphony in the distance which cast shades of purple on the sea and to them, it was extraordinary.

A definition of Tranquility.

Serenity.

Peace.

And it was breathtakingly beautiful.

As time passes, the sun began to go deeper into the water. It stood like it was cut into two as the other half disappeared down the sea. The colors had already changed from different shades of orange to purple and it was like a symphony was quieting down, becoming more beautiful as it dies down. The contrast created between the dark waters and the luminous sky makes the horizon look like a meeting of two worlds.

It’s incredible and magnificent, to say the least.

After a while, they left the beach and drive back to the suite. They didn't have any time to talk to anyone since it was already late when they arrived and they head straight to their room to sleep and prepare for their last day of the vacation.

Fareed and Ada sat in silence beside each other. Ada was looking out through the window while Fareed have his eyes on the steering wheel. They were sitting in front of his car in the street where she lives.

Their respective drivers had come to pick them up at Demilade headquarters where the private jet had landed. Adam and Dozie volunteered to drop Karimat and Ibukun home, Demilade of course brought his girlfriend home and his car was parked a few feet from them. He had gone in with Lola and he hasn't come out since.

Fareed pleaded with her that he drive her home himself and she agreed. Although she wasn't sure why but she did agree. While others went their separate ways.

They didn't have much conversation with each other on their drive to her home which was a bit surprising to Ada. Fareed was quiet and he was looking very serious. She did wonder why but she didn't ask either.

But now, they were both sitting in the front of the car, quiet, thoughts in different places. Fareed was quiet, staring at something in the air while Ada waited for him to say whatever he have in mind at the same looking out through the tinted mirror at the familiar street she spent most of her life in.

Fareed sat quietly. He had never felt tongue-tied in his entire life. He always has something to say, something to annoy his friends or to make them smile, or to flirt with a girl. He never felt speechless. But he was sitting with Ada in silence, not knowing what to say.

He used his fingers to stroke his beard thinking about how he will start the conversation and say what was on his mind. Then he turned to look at her.

"Do you..."

"Are you..." They said at the same time. And they chuckled lightly then silence filled the car again.

Fareed decided to talk and he said gesturing with his hand. "You should go first."

Ada remained quiet for a while before turning in his direction.

"I had the best holiday in my entire life with you and my friends. Thank you for giving us a chance. Thank you for keeping me company. Thanks for those sweet messages you sent before I go to sleep. Thanks for the sightseeing and everything that I can't begin to count all of it. I am so thankful. Thank you so much, Fareed." She appreciated it sincerely.

She was really grateful. She didn't even have the time to think about her ex that lied to her, breaking her heart or the problems that are parents are having at home, or the frustration her brothers were going to cause when she returned. She had an unforgettable time and experience and she owes it all to him. If he hadn't suggested the vacation and paid for everything, she won't have gotten that opportunity. So she was grateful.
