Today was finally the day of yumemi's concert you were sitting with the rest of the council with yuriko on your left and nanami on your right as even though she was technically a house pet you didn't see her as one
You were leaning against yuriko while waiting for the concert to begin, yuriko was gently playing with your hair and where playing a game on your phone
Itsuki was sitting down with her friends, Mary and ryota you think that was their names, itsuki only mentioned them once
You were kind of nervous not only about yumemi's gamble with yumeko but also this was the first time you'd been around so many people in ages, sure they weren't going to be focused on you and were in the lower stands but they were there, the last time you were around so many people was probably middle school so three years ago
(Also I don't remember if I've mentioned this or not but your a 3rd year, same as kirari, ririka, midari, runa and yuriko)
"It's beginning" yuriko quietly says to you, so you put your phone away and look onto the beautifully decorated stage where yumemi walks out
The first thing she does when walking out is looking up to where the council is sitting scanning their faces until she sees your then she gives you a big smile
She introduces yumeko which greatly surprises you, as you weren't told anyone would be joining yumemi
When yumeko walks out onto the stage she looks at the audience seeing her friends, yumemi's fan's and then looking up towards the student council where she sees two people she wasn't expecting, nanami who she's briefly met and seen around and then you
A total mystery to her someone she's never heard talk of, never seen around school, a complete unknown sitting with the council
she makes a mental note to ask ryota about this, she would ask itsuki but since itsuki is still in the council she probably won't say
Yumeko focuses back on her performance with yumemi that's about to begin
-time skip-
Yumemi's performance was amazing but now the part you were really anxious about was about to begin, the gamble
"I-I'm scared" you quietly whisper to yuriko, leaning into her more, who gently takes your hand
"Don't worry, I'm sure everything will be fine" yuriko says reassuringly while gently squeezing your hand
"Y-Yumemi's losing" you say hiding your face in yuriko's shoulder
Yuriko gently rubs your back a blush covering her face slightly as you've straddled her without even realising "don't worry (y/n), yumemi just wants it to look like yumeko has a chance"
"Oh" you giggle readjusting so your now sitting in yuriko's lap, facing the stage and yuriko wraps her arms around your waist
-time skip-
Yumemi lost, but her fans didn't hate her and it was revealed that kaede had sabotaged yumemi
There was a spotlight on kaede as he walked down onto the stage, lucky the spotlight wasn't bright enough to show reveal you, if anything it made it harder to see you
This was the only time you wanted yumeko to beat a student council member
-time skip-
Itsuki just ripped off her finger nails, you felt like you were going to be sick and ran off crying, not only because you felt sick but also because one of your friends hurt themselves
Itsuki saw this and felt tears form in her eyes slightly not only from the pain but also the guilt of knowing that she had made you cry "w-why did I do that" she quietly said to herself "god I'm an idiot"
Normally sayaka or kirari would have run after you to comfort you but both of them were on the stage, to everyone in the council's suprise it was actually midari who had run after you
You found yourself crying in the bathroom when there was a gentle knock on the door
"Hey (y/n)?" The voice spoke "you in there? It's me midari" the voice you now knew to be midari spoke "can I come in?" She continued to which you quietly unlocked the door still quietly sobbing before midari walked in locking the door then pulling you into a tight hug
"I know I'm no good at all this... Soft stuff" midari spoke as you sob into her chest while she just tightly hugged you rubbing circles into your back like she's seen sayaka or kirari do
"It'll be ok Princess" midari said without even realising she'd used a pet name
"P-princess?!" You stuttered out now blushing heavily still having your face buried in her chest but now out of embarrassment instead of sadness
"Ah shit sorry I didn't even realize" midari chuckles rubbing the back of her neck
"I-I l-liked it" you quickly say
"Ok then Princess" midari continues to hold you into her body for awhile until to her suprire you fell asleep
She then carried you back to the student council office and laid you down on one of the couches and stayed with you, just on her phone while you slept
