Lily and James Potter sat in the living room, laughing as their two week old son, Harry turned is little nose green. They knew that Harry was special, from the moment he was born.
Of course being magical is special but not just that, there was a feeling they got when he was around but they couldn't point their finger on it. They were a happy little family, except for on thing. Lily and James secretly knew that Voldemort was coming to get rid of their son Harry. Lily argued that until Voldemort was gone they should never use their magic or allow Harry to use his magic so it would seem as if hey we're normal people. James on the other hand thought that they should keep their magic so when Voldemort came they could repel him. This of course was a impossible task. Voldemort was the 2nd most powerful wizard of all time. At first Lily thought that they should hide in Hogwarts, so when he came they would be protected. But as usual James was contrary and for whatever reason they did not go.
