"No, no, no, no NO!" He cried zipping his backpack up again. He couldn't lose it, not when it's one of the things that is precious to his life. So what did he do? He started chasing after it. Hoping bad nothing happens.

--

He passed buildings, trees, and people who were walking, some weirded out by how fast he was running and accidentally kept bumping into them.

"Watch it kid!" An old man yelled almost falling.

"Sorry!" Izuku apologized continuing to run not taking his eyes off the note. He felt like he wanted to collapse but he forced himself back up. Not wanting to bear the feeling of losing something so important to him, he can't.

He can't.

And so he resumed and ran more. Not stopping until he has it in his hands again.

Just a little more time.

8:17 p.m.

It's been 12 minutes since Izuku's running spree started. So far nothing went well. It felt like he was dying most of the time trying to catch a breath since he wasn't used to running alot.

"I....need...to-" he huffed out still not taking his eyes off the piece of paper that was still flying away. It was truly annoying to him and was the first time he was against nature.

I can't take it anymore. I can't! I need to sit down and maybe- NO! By the time I'll get back on my feet, it all already be gone!

He shook his head forcing himself to continue.

2 minutes later

By a miracle, the wind became slow and gentle resting the small note onto the ground. Izuku was only a couple feet away but was already worned out. He collapsed onto his knees trying to breathe properly.

"C'mon...you're...so..cl-..close." he grunted trying to stand up but his knees were already frail to try. He looked at the paper that was near a fountain.

Still there..

"Why...am I...so weak..." he closed his eyes in anguish.

He'd never thought something like this would happen to him. Not like this where he would run for almost 15 minutes. It made him think if this was the type of running joggers do, and if so, how the hell can they keep up with it?

Leaves then began to rustle again behind him. He opened his eyes as he felt the wind swoosh through him touching his bare face and catching up on the note. Izuku stayed there, feeling crushed to see the thing he cared begin to fly off.

He tried to stand up again, this time not caring if he can or not, he has to. That's what he kept thinking to himself. He stood up but once he took a step, he fell onto his knees again.

Dammit!

He tighten his fist dropping his head. Why is today even worse than the others?!?

If only I was born with a quirk, none of wouldn't had happen! If only I wasn't so weak and pathetic, I could defend myself from them, why?

It's my fault...

Mine

A small tear started to form into his eyes.

He always thought to himself why was he such a failure? Why couldn't he be like the others? Perfect like them-
