I COULD no longer bear to cry as I watched my comrades unconscious at duguan. Duguan din ako but I couldn't feel the pain or even the soreness of my wounds because intense fear had reigned throughout my system. I wanted to shout but no voice came out. Only my sobs could be heard all around.
"Christine, si Nicole! Nicole! Nurse!!" Bayolenteng sigaw ng kung sino.
"What happened?!"
"She's having a nightmare again!" That was the last word I've heard from someone before I could feel the pull of drowsiness again.
