Y/N wakes up to the sun absolutely blinding their eyes,they groaned and turned over to their bedside table where their alarm clock was as memories from last nights event came flooding back in their mind.The numbers on the clock read 12:30 pm.
"Man,was i asleep for THAT long...?"
Their first thought when they woke up was to get on their phone and text Player a nice "good morning" message,even though it was already afternoon.
Before they could even grab their phone,they heard a buzz from it,indicating that they just got a new notification.
"Huh?I wonder who that notification was from...eh,probably just from Player."
They grasped their phone and turned it on,adjusting their eyes to get used to the brightness.
"What the hell..?"
Y/N said,shocked to see all the missed messages,calls, and notifications from their friend.They got worried because they thought it might have been something urgent and that Player needed their help.

Y/N quickly goes to their messaging app and began reading all of the missed messages.

Player:Hey!!!I know you're probably asleep right now but lets meet up tomorrow at Cashier's store so we all get to know each other more!!
Exactly 12:00 pm,dont be late. >:(( -6:30 am

"Why was the idiot still awake at this time?"Y/N wondered,though,they didnt bother to pause and think about it,they continue to read.

Player:Good morning,wanna play roblox!?!! :DD - 8:27 am

Player:Heyyyy,why are you ignoring my messages >:[ -9:57 am
Player:I'm gonna keep spamming you messages and calls if you dont reply! -9:57 am

*57 missed calls from Player*

Player:Fine,you win this time D:< - 10:10 am

Player:Hey...are you genuinely okay?Im starting to get worried :(( -11:01 am

Player:Y/N if this is a prank it isnt funny.Im genuinely worried sick,ill literally punch you if you keep joking around.Im serious. -11:20 am

Player:Y/NNNNNNNNN I JUST GOT A LEGENDERY PET IN ADOPT ME WOOOOO -11:25 am

Y/N couldnt help but giggle a bit,"Pfft...THAT was a mood swing."they chuckled.

Player:Its nearly 12,you better wake up and see this - 11:57 am

Player:Hey!Where are you?!!?!I'm at the store now,me and cashier are waiting! - 12:01 pm

Player:Y/N. :( - 12:30 pm

Y/N's smile immediately dropped,their face filled with panic instead.
"SHIT I GOTTA GET READY"
They hurried off to the bathroom and prepared themselves to meet up with the two boys.

Y/N's door burst open,The figure hurried off downstairs,Skipping a few flight of stairs on their way.
The loud footsteps seems to have alarmed Y/N's parents,who were waiting for Y/N to wake up this whole time.
"Good morni-"
"No time for breakfast!Friend needs a help right now!"
Y/N quickly cuts off their mother who stood there,surprised.
"Well,alright then dear.Take care."
Y/N nodded their head and didnt bother to respond,they rushed outside the door and waved their parents a quick goodbye before setting off to the corner store where their two friends were waiting.

"COME ON Y/N,RUN FASTER YOU IDIOT"Y/N continues to bully themselves in their head while sprinting as fast as their legs could go.

3rd person POV but with Cashier and Player:

"Hey uh,dont you think we should just cancel this and hang out another time?"
"No!Theres no way,Y/N is just a bit late thats all..."
Player said,fully confident that Y/N would pop out of nowhere.
They bounced their leg impatiently and taking glances occasionally on their watch. Player's head filled with thoughts.

'They're just late yeah...Maybe, they did something bad and got in trouble.."
'But this is Y/N we're talking about,they never get in trouble....unless they're with me.'
'....Maybe..''Maybe they ditched me?''No,No...they would...right?'

Player hated the thought of being abandoned,they get so easily attached to people and would never want to let them go.But...

Player looks up to see Cashier,busying himself by going through his phone.

Player smiled and thought,
'Theres no way they'll ditch me!'
'They're my best friend!'

'But do they consider you as theirs though?'

'...huh?what do you mean?Of course they do!'

'what makes you think that?'

'Well,we spend hours playing roblox together and we always talk and-'

'And you think they enjoyed spending all their time doing those with you?'

'what...?'

'Do you really think,they actually enjoy and like being with you?'

'Yea-!'

'Player,please.You need to start thinking REALISTICALLY.'

'But-'

'You always cause them trouble and they were always there to help you,every time you get yourself in a bad situation you always drag Y/N into it too.'

'They're sick of you Player.Always having to help you.Always having to spend time with your annoying ass.They're tired of your bullshit.'

'....'

'Look who's quiet now.'

'Theres no way they'll ditch me right..?They're my best friend and im sure im theirs too!'

'Player,are you seriously still trying to think positive?'

'For FUCKS SAKE,you gotta accept that not everything is happy and good.'

The two tiny voices in Player's head continued to argue.
Cashier noticed the expression on the player's face,
"Hey bud,you okay there?"
He asked,concerned for the kid.

Player snaps back to reality and turned towards the door,hoping to see that Y/N was the voice who said that.
"Im over here dumbass."
The voice said again.
Player looked back at Cashier who was staring at them,
"You good there?"
"Oh-yyeah.."
Played nervously chuckles before turning their back on the cashier again.
"You know we can just cancel this righ-"
"SORRYFORBEINGLATEIMSOSORRYPLEASEFORGIVEMEILLDOANYTHINGPLAYERPLEASEIMSOSORRYAAAHAUDSKKAKDLEMSKFLDLD"
The two boys jumped from the sudden shout of the newcomer.

The door had burst open and there they were,panting for air and holding onto the door handle for support.
