Y/N POV:
As i opened the door i heard the ringing of a bell,it seemed to have woken up the cashier that was sleeping minutes ago."hi,welcome to a generic convenience store open 24 hours." they said timidly,"place an item here"they patted the grey spot beside them to let me know,"-and talk to me to purchase."they finished.I nodded but the cashier didnt see me since they have layed their head on the counter again.'Geez,do they even sleep at all...Why are they even working alone in such a dull place',i wondered as i looked at the shelves.

There wasn't much stuff and one or two of the shelves were knocked down too.'This place is a mess...',i saw something that caught my attention..."An orb?" I whispered.'Why is there a random orb just hanging out here?...Man,this place is weird.I knew it was a bad idea to go here but i had no other choice.'I sighed,out of the corner of my eye i saw my favorite chips,[Insert favorite chips name]!I rushed over to grab it wanting to get out of this place badly,i also grabbed some orange juice.I went over to the cashier who seemed to be still sleeping...."Err...sir?"i said,gently shaking the cashier to wake them up.'Why did i even call them a 'sir'?They have long hair so who knows they might be a woman....',"Hello..?Uhm....",i started poking the cashier.I know it seems disrespectful but its kinda funny....seeing the cashier asleep,i can literally run out the door and shoplift but here i am trying to wake the cashier up."Sir!?!?"i raised my voice up a bit,nope,still asleep.I sighed,starting to get impatient.Maybe i SHOULD run out the door without paying for my stuff....

I was debating on what to do when i suddenly heard the sound of a bell ringing again.I turned my head quickly to the new person that came in,It was....Player..?

Me and Player had the same surprised reaction to seeing eachother...in a store....at 4 am....with a sleeping cashier."Y/N??!?What are you doing here??"they asked trying to stop themselves from laughing."Im here to get a snack obviously,what else?"I rolled my eyes,"Anyways,what are YOU doing here?"i asked them,raising one of my eyebrows."Oh,i came here to also get a snack."they grinned,"Cashier's asleep?"they ask when they noticed the sleeping figure."Oh no,no,no!Definitely not sleeping!They're dead!"I said sarcastically.Player rolls their eyes on me and walks over to the Cashier to wake them up."CASHIER WAKE UP!!!YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER"they yelled into the cashier's ear.The cashier jumped from the sudden loud noise.I dropped my stuff and started panicking,i looked over to Player who was proud at successfully waking up the cashier.I grabbed them by their jacket and said to them close to the face"WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU DO THAT???"i whispered angrily at them."Geez,calm down Y/N,It's not like that yell is gonna wake up the whole neighborhood" they laughed."Great!Now the Cashier's awake and they're probably mad."i hissed at them,"Nah,its fine,he's my friend!"Player said as they force me to let go of them.

I let go of my grip and looked over to see the cashier who was watching us whisper to eachother this whole time."Heyyyy Cashier!!!!",Player greeted the cashier,"Hello Player,i understand that theres a customer but that doesnt mean you should yell into my ear so god damn loud."the cashier responded,still pissed off about the fact we disturbed his sleep."Awh,sorry cash!But this customer is special,Ive always wanted you two to meet eachother so i had to wake you up!"Player said,still happy even though the cashier looked like he wished nothing other than death on player."ANYWAYSSS,Y/N THIS IS CASHIER,CASHIER THIS IS Y/N!!"Player introduced,"Erm...Hello..!"i said awkwardly,Im not really the social type..The only reason i was friends with Player at the first place is because they tackled me down onto the ground and refused to let me back up until i became their friend."Hello Y/N,you must be the friend Player has been talking about non-stop."The cashier said,My eyes widened and i looked over Player to see their reaction but they were too busy jumping up and down like a bunny from excitement.

"IALWAYSWANTEDYOUTWOTOMEETSOBADBUTINEVERKNEWWHATTIMEANDDAYISHOULDINTRODUCEYOUTWOTOEACHOTHERIOMGTHEDSYFINALLYCAMEIMSOEXCITEDANDHAPPYAAAAAAAAAA",Player exclaimed excitedly,bouncing all over the place."Urgh,there they go again with their energetic self." the cashier groans,"Yeah,sometimes it funny sometimes its annoying as hell."i respond.He nod his head in agreement,We both just talked about a few things while we wait for Player to stop having a literal seizure.I was surprised when i was getting along very well with Cashier,he told me a few stuff about his interest and i told him some of my interests too.Cool,i already have a new friend with a good bond!This is actually rare since i dont get along very well with new people that i meet.

Player POV:

Cashier POV:
'Man,this person is actually really chill',i thought to myself.A bit like Player but that's fine,"Hey Cashier?"
"Hm?"i said to Y/N."What did you mean by that thing you said earlier?"they asked,I looked at them in confusion not."What do you mean?"i asked them,"Y'know that thing you said,something like Player who's been non-stop talking about me to you or something."they said nervously looking at the ground."Ohh...that.Well,Its basically just Player talking about how much they-"I was cut off by Player,who has now finally calmed down,"Hey what yall talking about!"they asked still having that stupid grin on their face.

I was gonna answer but i got cut off again by Y/N,"Oh!Its nothing dont worry."Gee,whats up with these two who keep cutting me off like that."Well,its almost 5 am now,You two should get going.If you wanna buy something then make it quick.Your parents would be worried sick if they found you out of the house."The last sentence was aimed for Y/N only since Player's dad wouldnt even give a shit if Player got kidnapped and dismembered anyway."Oh right,yeah!I totally forgot since a lot of stuff was happening all at once.."Y/N said,i watched as they picked the chips and orange juice they took earlier and placed it down on the grey spot.I told them the price and waited for them to pay up,Y/N was rummaging through their pockets until Player stopped them."I'll pay for it."they said as they put their stuff on the counter with Y/N's stuff."But-""Shhhhhh,Im rich."Player cuts off Y/N with a stupid smirk."Anyways,how much is all of this?"they turned turned to me,"That'll be 80 dollars,Player.Think you can afford it?"I said,looking down at the kid."Tch,Cheap!"they grinned handing me the money,'I guess they werent lying when they said they were rich.'i thought to myself,surprised that they actually have the money for this."Come on Y/N!Let's go!"Player said,carrying their stuff."Cya tomorrow Cash!","Bye Cashier!","See you kids tomorrow."i said,lazily waving my hand to them as they ran away together.'They seem pretty close,I wonder how long they've been friends for?'i asked myself,I thought to maybe hang out with Y/N tomorrow to get to know more about them and their relationship with Player.I lay my head down on the counter again with a small smile on my face,a new friend that actually has the same interest and opinion as me?Crazy...

Adding this because when i wrote that one line for Y/N that went like 'They (Cashier) have long hair so they might be a woman' blah blah blah,well in my view i like to think cashr has long hair so yeah🛌🛌i will make a part on where i show designs of gasa4 characters in the next part of this book so you knwo ehat they look like in this story👍👍
