LIVING POISON17; GIGANTOMACHY

Napatunga-nga, yan ang drama ng ate nyo.

Di maka move on.

"Hoy! Okay ka lang ba?" Tinignan ko si Insignia na pinagtri-tripan ang kutsara sa bibig nya.

May mga ganitong klase ng tao eh.

Imbes na sagutin ko sya ay napabuntong hininga nalang ako.

Pinagmasdan nya ako sandali at tinuro ako,

Kaya bago pa man sya makapagsalita ng out of topic. Inunahan ko na.

"Di ko alam Si, parang napaka unrealistic ng nangyari." Sabi ko at ginulo ko ang buhok ko at kinuha ang sandwich sa pinggan ko.

Tumango ako.

"Yung gabing yun, kahapon. Di ko makalimutan.  Parang, parang may basta- may connection? Alam mo yun? Parang may kung ano sakanya na humihila sakin papalapit sakanya." Kahit ako naguguluhan sa sinasabi ko.

Huh? Gigantomachy? Haven't heard of it.

Mostly ang story sa Titanomachy, Trojan War, adventure of Hercules, Aphrodite and Adonis, the Legendary curses of Fantasia High and naririnig naming mga kwento. Haven't heard of it.

"The Giants or Gigantes were a race of great strength, but not necessarily of great size, that were born out of the blood that fell onto the earth (the Titan goddess Gaea) when the Titan Uranus was castrated by his son, Cronus.

The Giants were often confused with the Titans, who were a previous set of offspring by Uranus and Gaea. Just like the Titans who fought the Olympians during the Titanomachy, the Giants also fought Zeus and the other gods during the Gigantomachy. The Gigantomachy was probably considered the most important war among gods in our world mythology, as it was depicted in a vast number of vases that have been found."

Ahh, napatango-tango ako sa narinig.

Napatingin naman ako kay Insignia nang naramdaman ko ang pagbulong nya sakin. "Ang dami palang kwento sa kasaysayan natin. May Gigantomachy palang nangyari, kala ko Titanomachy lang."

Napatingin ulit ako sa harapan.

"In our historical mythology, Alcyoneus was the antagonist of the hero Heracles. He was considered to be one of the Gigantes, the children of the Titans Uranus and Gaea.
In the Gigantomachy, the war that happened between the Giants and the Olympians, Heracles and Alcyoneus fought each other. Bat di ko nabasa ang Gigantomachy sa story ni Hercules eh nabanggit naman si Hercules sa story ng Gigantomachy.

And his a big part of it.

Mukha namang nabasa ni Professor Penguin ang mga mukha namin kasi napangisi Ito samin.

"Wala kayong alam noh? Well, pag di kayo suki ng libro di nyo talaga alam." He said in mockery tone.

Bata ang saya nya sa sitwasyon namin?

Winagayway nya ang palad nya samin na para bang nagsasayang lang kami sa oras nya. "Pero sige. To continue, the seven  Alkyonides messes up with the sea without Poseidon knowing it because he was asleep in his domain. Unknowingly the seven daughters of Alcyoneus has greatest power that no one knows. Messing with the ocean, one of the daughter used her water manipulation power to create a master piece, now the result is the Water Continent. Also the other daughters possess, Fire manipulation, Air manipulation, Earth Manipulation, Light Manipulation, Dark Manipulation,  and Frozen Manipulation. But the first one to know what happened was Zeus from Olympus. He was angry and furious at the Alcyoneus that he killed them with his lightning bolts the reason there's a Thunder Kingdom. When Zeus killed the Alcyoneus he transfer their powers to some Pelasgus. The first man who live in Fantasia."

Oh.

Napa ahh naman halos ang lahat sa kwento ng Gigantomachy. That was a lot.

"Okay next question please!"

Hindi katulad kanina na walang gustong magtaas ng kamay, ngayon ay madami na.

Tumayo ang kaklase namin at binati ang tanong kay Professor Penguin. "Prof, what about Gaea? Isn't-"

Tinaas ni Prof ang kamay nya.

"Gaea was a primal Greek goddess, one of the deities that governed the universe before the Titans. She symbolised the Earth, and was the mother of everything. Gaea is also the mother of the gigantes but  didn't further partake in the war."
