4 months later...
Elianna's POV

I'm about 4 1/2 - 5 months pregnant and you can see my bump very well. I got up this morning, took a shower.

I got dressed in a yellow and white floral dress that stopped right before my knee, I also put on my black leather jacket. I put on some sandals and put my hair in a half up half down.

I walked down to see Preston is wearing a red shirt with his leather jacket on. Also some blue jeans with Jordan's on.

Chase was wearing a blue shirt that says 'hide you your daughters' with some blue jeans on with some Jordan's.

Anna was wearing a pink off the shoulder shirt with white shorts and white air forces, her hair was in a loose braid over her left shoulder.

Once everyone was dressed and ready we took Prince and Belle out for a walk. The twins birthday past a month ago and they got a shit ton of new stuff, but they had fun.

"Hey pres, I have an appointment tomorrow for the gender of the baby, you wanna go?" I ask him and he nods viciously. I smile and shake my head.

"What do you want the baby to be?" I ask him

"I don't know we already have one of each, I just want the baby to be healthy" he says and I smile at him cause it's like he read my mind.

"I'm excited to have another baby around" I say as we're leaving from dropping the kids off at school.

"Me to since I made a terrible decision when I was 16, but now I turned 22 and I'm excited I get to finally help raise a child, even tho you did an amazing job..."

He stoped because I cut him off cause he was rambling.

"Have you talked to your dad yet?" I ask

"No but I don't wanna intrude on his traveling" he says and I just nod.

I know Preston misses his dad, him and his dad were like me and my dad. My dad was my everything before the twins were born, but that day was the worst day of my life.

"We should go out to eat" I said.

He rolls his eyes and says "your always hungry" and I laugh.

"Your the one who got me pregnant" I say

"It was a mutual decision" he says with a smirk, now it's my turn to roll my eyes.

"Come on let's go to shake shack" I say and he nods.

When we get to shake shack we sit in the booth by the window we're we always sit, we see someone walk up to us and it's ...

Why is she here and why is she walking up to us.

"Hello Preston" she says seductively. Preston just rolls his eyes, then he had a mischievous smirk playing on his face.

"Hey short cake, why don't you stand up for a minute" he says and I'm so confused but I do it anyway. I look over to Kate and she has wide eyes.

"Pregnant again?" She asks and Preston just nods.

"Come on Preston you don't even know if those twins are yours." She says and that pissed me the hell right off.

"Ok hoe let me get this straight, they are his kids cause I'm pretty damn sure I know who I fucked and who I didn't, so why don't you take your lying, cheating ass somewhere else because it's not a good environment for children." I say to her and she looks shocked but then stomps away.

Preston looks at me and smirks his sexy ass smirk, he still get my hormones going, but it's even worse now that I'm pregnant.

Once the waiter comes over Preston orders a 'Shaken Bacon burger' with fries and a strawberry shake. I had gotten 2 things of fries since yuh know, I'm pregnant but I also got a chocolate shake.

After we ate we left to go home, then I got a phone call.

"Hello?" I say

"Hello am I speaking to Elianna winters?" The resin in the phone asked

"Yes, and who is this" I ask

"Hi my name is Dr. Wesley, and I'm calling to ask if you can come in today for your check up instead of tomorrow since I'm not gonna be at the office tomorrow?" Dr. Wesley says

"Yes I can, what time?" I ask

"Is 5-ish ok?" She asks

"Yes I'll see you in about 2 hours" I say then hang up.

"PRESTON FLIPPING WILSON, GET YOUR ASS IN HERE OR WERE GONNA BE LATE FOR THE APPOINTMENT!" I yell as he is upstairs getting ready.

"I'm coming honey don't worry" he says

As we are walking up to the desk in the hospital the lady looks at me then looks at Preston with a flirty seductive look.

"How may I help you?" She asks, I roll my eyes.

"Me and my pregnant girlfriend are here for her appointment"Preston says

He called me his girlfriend

The desk lady rolls her eyes and asks for my name so I told her and she said the doctor can see me now. As we walk in we see the doctors sitting in her doctor chair thingy smiling at us.

"Hello I'm Dr. Wesley, you must be Elianna?" She asks and I nod "now who is this?" She asks politely.

"This is the baby daddy" I say and she smiles

"Good choice" she whispered but Preston heard her and chuckled.

"Ok let's see, let's just have Eli get up in the table, lay down and pull up your dress so I can put the bell on your stomach.

So I do as I'm told, she finally puts the ultrasound wand on my bare stomach. As we look at the monitor we see a almost fully formed baby in there, we're in a trance when suddenly the doctor asks "do we wanna know the genders?".

We both nod and she gets a closer look and says "congratulations you guys are having a baby..."
