6YEARS LATER Elianna's POV: 6 years ago today was the worst day ever, 1 it was the day Preston told me he didn't wanna be in babies life, and it's also the 6 year anniversary of my fathers death. I had twins about 5 1/2 years ago. 1 boy and 1 girl, the oldest which is my son, and his name is Chase Preston Winters. After my dad and Preston even tho he doesn't deserve it. Next is my mini me and I named her Annalise Reign Winters. Annalise because Prestons moms name was Nora Annalise before she died of breast cancer. Also Meredith's middle name is Reign.
"Annalise Reign and Chase Preston get your asses down here so we can get brunch!" I said to my twins.
"Mommy can we get ice cream after" chase said to me with puppy dog eyes witch were the same brown/hazel eyes as his father while Annalise has my brown eyes.
"If you guys hurry then yes" I say to my son and he is already putting his shoes on while Annalise is waiting by the door.
We are at the Shake Shack and yes we came back to my home town 2 months ago for Meredith cause I missed her. As we walk in we sit down after we ordered and the kids were talking to each other when I heard a familiar voice that I was hoping I wouldn't hear.
"Shortcake?" He says, and I turn around looking straight into his eyes with a mixture of shocked and anger in my eyes.
"Preston" I say to him and he looks shocked. Then his eyes leave mine and they land on a certain set of twins. He was about to say something when we heard "baby?" He turns around and there is a blonde brown eyed girl standing there.
She grabbed his hand and said "Hi my name is Kate, I'm his fiancé, who are you" she said and I had a shocked face but I said "I'm Elianna, me and Preston use to go to school together." I turned back around and the kids were sleeping in the table so I said "Anna, chase wake up we can go get ice cream now." I said to my kids and we left Preston and Kate standing there. After ice cream I took pictures of the twins cause they looked very cute today

It was the kids nap time and I just tucked them in when I heard a knock on the door. I open the door to see Preston standing there. "Hello shortcake" he says to me.
"Hey what's up" I ask him
"Nothing just have a few question if you don't mind" he says and I shook my head and stepped aside so he can come in.
"Are they mine?" He says cautiously. "Yes they are" I say to him. Just because he didn't want them doesn't mean I didn't.
"What's their names?" He asked. I looked at him with a small smile
"The boy is 3 mins older then the little girl, the little boy I named him Chase Preston Winters." I say to him and he smiled "you named him after me and your dad" he said. "Yes I did" I said back.
"What is the little girls name?" He asked me and I gave him an even bigger smile when I new he was gonna love her name.
"Isn't it Anna since that is what you called her earlier?" He asked and I shook my head.
"That's her nickname, I named her Annalise Reign Winters. I said to him and I saw tears in his eye, so I wrapped my arms around his neck and he wrapped his arms around my waist.
"You named her after my mom" he said and he is filled with pure happiness.
