He doesn't think there is any part of the country with a more beautiful sight than it. It was one of the wonders of God to him. The island with buildings and vegetation surrounded by water was a sight to behold. And he could say that it was one of the things that makes the part of the country different and amazing.
"Yes, it is."
"It's so beautiful." She said still staring down at the island. Demilade turned to her, looking at her fascinated face and a broad satisfied smile masked his face.
He felt more satisfied and accomplished showing her one of his favorite thing. And the fact that she loves it too heightened what he felt.
He gave her all the time she need as the helicopter moves slowly around the island which was many feet away from it. And he occupied himself by staring at her.
Lola finally turned to look at him after taking a few pictures with her phone. And she saw Demilade staring at her with his usual stare. Like she was something fascinating.
She turned flushed with a bit of embarrassment and amazement.
"I might seem a bit funny and childish with what I did but I just have to do it. I have to keep this memory. I might not get the chance to see something like this again. This is the first time in my entire life leaving Nigeria, entering a helicopter, and looked at something amazing and beautiful from a sky view. It's just... Incredible and that's why I want to keep it." She told Demilade who was still looking at her.
He pulled her closer and she leaned her head on his shoulder while he wrapped his arms around her.
"Yeah, I know. I don't find it childish. It's cool if you want to keep a memory. I did the same the first time. I'm glad you like it."
"I love the sight." She commented in his arms. What more can she ask for? She was in the arms of the man she love, who equally love her, staring down at his favorite part of the city. She was more than happy to share something wonderful like this with him. That moment had been added to the list of things she would never forget even in her next life.
What more can a girl ask for?
Demilade said something to the pilot through the mic hanging behind his ear.
"How do you find out about this place?" Lola asked.
"An odd friend that I made on my first time in the State told me about it. Funny as it sounds, he has never seen it but he said it was wonderful. I decided to try it out after the tour guide on my first time in Hawaii also suggested it. And I have grown to love it."
"Thanks for sharing it with me." She appreciated it sincerely.
He strokes her arms. "I'm more than glad to share it with you. We are almost at our next destination."
Lola looked up at him and smiled. Demilade and surprise, she thought. He was so full of them. But she loved it anyway. She loves it about him.

Demilade closed the car door shut after Lola had stepped inside the car. He chuckled at her reaction through the window before he turned around to the driver seat. He climbed into the car and turned toward Lola who was searching for something in the glove compartment. She found his AirPod, close the compartment, and opened the case to remove the AirPod from it.
"Are you seriously still angry about that?" Demilade asked, staring at her.
"More than angry." She replied without looking at him.
