Ada chuckled. "I'm not taming any man IB. He will have to change for me because no girl can change a man. What he has in mind is never going to change. We can't deceive ourselves. No man will change if he is not ready to. That decision is meant for him. He will only do that if he loves the woman."

"You're right about that," Karimat spoke up. She was looking serious. "He can only pretend to change to get what he wants. That's men for you. You can't trust men."

"But won't you try to give them a chance? Who knows? You can make them try to change for you. To be what you want." Ibukun said.

"Let's stop talking about this. I will think about what you guys say. Let's go back to why we are here." Ada said and they nodded deciding to let go of the matter. She turned to Lola and asked. "Why do you ask us to come Lola?"

"Because she needs our help to pick a dress. She is going on a date with her boo." Karimat said with a smirk. Lola rolled her eyes but didn't say anything.

Ada smiled. "Oh, that's nice."

"He is just taking me out, it's not a date."

"Keep telling yourself that."

"So where are you going?" Ada asked. "I think that will determine what you'll wear." She looked at the others to see if they are in support of what she said. And they nodded in support.

"I... I don't know." Lola answered and they stared at her quizzically.

"Seriously?"

"Yes. He refused to tell me."

"Beautiful," Ada commented.

"Aww, surprise date!" Ibukun chirped in.

Lola thinks they were more excited than she was about it. And she just chuckled.

"Magnificent. Okay. Let's make him crazier for our friend. We need to pick something sexy and hot." Karimat suggested. Lola rolled her eyes at Karimat's enthusiasm.

"Correct." Ada agreed.

"And those clothes you brought out earlier are not an option. Let's see what you have again." Ibukun urged her. "Common stand up Lola, Demmy is waiting."

She laughed, standing back on her heels. And began to bring out clothes from her closet to show her friends. They shook their head whenever they don't like the cloth or they think it's not good enough.

"Okay. I'm tired of picking. All this is okay na. I don't even know where we are going. It might be a small bar."

"Small bar? Seriously?" Karimat cringed.

"You expect someone like Demilade to take you to a small bar?" Ada sounded irritated a little.

"She is joking. Don't mind her." Ibukun said sarcastically.

"This is Hawaii and it is more of an island. I need something simple."

"No no no." Ada shook her head in disagreement. "You don't need something simple. You need something that will make you outstanding. Something to pay him back for whatever good time he is planning for you."

"You're very correct Ada. Listen, Lola, you need to dress for him. Make sure that he has only eyes on you. Something to keep his attention on just you."

"I don't want to overdress."

"You're not going to overdress. You're going to look sexy for your man. It's the least you can do for his surprise date, or what do you say, girls?"
