"Imma traveled out of the state for some work-related stuff." He answered her. "Thanks for asking."

"It is nothing." She waved it off. She turned to Fareed and Adam who were grinning in her direction. "You guys deserve some spanking," Fareed smirked. "You won't stop teasing my boyfriend."

"Demilade is adorable when he is being teased that's why," Adam replied to her, chuckling. And Fareed nodded in agreement.

"Don't mind us jare. Your boyfriend can be too serious sometimes." Fareed said looking in Demilade direction. The latter was staring at him with an impassive face but Fareed's smile remained on his face.

"You people should leave my boyfriend alone o." She told them playfully.

"Yes, your highness," Fareed replied, bowing slightly and Lola laughed. Then she sat beside Demilade. "So how are you our wife?"

"I'm good. And you guys? How is work?"

"Babe, work is in one place so are we at the moment. Man can not come and kill himself." Adam answered.

"Yes, o. This week is for cruising." Fareed said. "Your husband has overworked our ass."

"Reed you dey craze," Demilade said and Fareed smirked.

"Whatever," Lola said smiling at the two. "What can I offer you guys?"

"You've done so much with your presence already," Charles said.

"I'm honored then but you guys need to eat something. This is the first time I will be entertaining you guys." She insisted.

"Fine. Anything." Charles and Adam chorused.

"As your majesty wishes." Was Fareed's reply. Then she stood up and excused herself from the group.

It's been a while that Demilade friends have been around. They had all sat in the dining to eat and drink. She even served them dessert of the chocolate cake she made. The guys were so much fun to be with and they kept cracking her up. She admitted it was nice being with them and listening to them. She was even able to learn a few more things about her boyfriend.

She was sitting with them quietly as she listened to Demilade explaining his new project to Charles. He laid a blueprint on the center table and he was explaining in detail to Charles who listened with keen interest.

She was impressed and she was able to see another side of her boyfriend. The businessman side of him is what he used to explain to his friends. There was a way he explains to them that makes her so amazed. That other side of him. His businessman side was incredible. He explained in detail his plans, every feature, what has been planned to be installed, and the location of each room. And he explained them with a kind of passion that made her feel so proud. It was obvious he was good at his job and he loves what he was doing. He has that ounce of pride, confidence, and passion as he talks with a wine cup in his left hand.

"This is crazy Demilade," Charles commented.

"Like it is. This is going to bring billions when we are done." Fareed replied.

"I'm still impressed with your knowledge," Adam said to Demilade. He smiled appreciatively at him.

"The ultra-modern mall would be at the center. The amusement park and zoo would be the last part of the city. The lounge and event hall would be in form of letters D and L respectively. I want to create an underground club for youth." He added.

"This is more than my imagination. This is incredible." Charles marveled. "This is a trillion budget."

"Yeah, it's worth the risk. I'm planning on making it done before December."
