Chapter Nineteen [M]

"Ye–" I was immediately cut off as I ran right into her awaiting body. I wasn't expecting this idiot to be standing right at the entrance, but there she was. I straightened myself out and her lips caught mine in a somewhat fierce kiss. My hands fell down to her waist as hers went around my neck. She parted her lips and I snuck my tongue in, making her moan into my mouth. I pulled her closer to me and our bodies flushed against one another. I was going to continue the make out session, but someone pulled away. I frowned at her and she just gave me a breathless smile with her swollen lips,

"Okay I'm going."

"What?!" I said loudly as I couldn't believe this girl. She just smirked at me and kissed my cheek,

"I'll be back before you know it, hot stuff." I rolled my eyes at the nickname as she laughed.

"Shut up and go. I love you." I grumbled to her. She winked at me,

"Love you too."

She then walked into the jungle on our trail and I turned around and faced our house, hands resting on my hips. I thought for a moment about what I wanted to do today and then the best idea came to mind. I smiled brightly at my amazing idea and got straight to work. I cleaned the inside of our house and made sure that our bed was nice. I then went around back to the metal tub that we still have yet to use. I only finished the stand and everything a couple of days ago, so I think it would be wonderful to break it in later on. I made a small fire underneath it and I knew it would take a while for all the water inside to heat up, so the earlier the better.

I then remembered some flowers that were a ways down the beach and I quickly ran over to where they were. They were these blue and white flowers that I've never seen, but damn were they gorgeous. I brought them up to my nose and was pleasantly surprised at the aroma they produced. Rosie will hopefully love them.

I was back at home sitting outside on the tree stump and after some time, a wild Rosie appeared from the jungle. Her black hair was wet and cascading down her back, tucked behind her ears. She caught my gaze and smiled widely at me, making her way over with a bit of pep in her step. Rosie was now in front of me and I brought the flowers that were behind my back around so she could see. She gasped a little at the sweet gesture and I saw her eyes sparkle as she reached out to grab them. She brought them up and smelled them, letting out a small sigh of satisfaction. Her eyes then went back to mine,

"This is so sweet y/n, thank you." She leaned down and kissed me gently, making me smile softly into it. When she pulled back, I spoke up,

"It's nothing, baby, it's only the beginning." I said with a smile that made her squint suspiciously at me.

"What did you do?"

"It's more 'what am I going to do', not 'did you do'." I explained to her as I stood up from the tree stump, now eye level with her.

"So what stupid thing am I going to have to watch you do?"

"Don't call yourself that." I told her as she grew even more confused,

"I didn't even call myself anything–"

"You called yourself stupid and a thing." I said as a small smirk started to make its way to my lips. Her eyes widened as it finally clicked in her head what I was alluding to. She then looked down at the flowers,

"So these were just because you want to have sex with me?"

"What– no! I mean they kinda are, but they were just to make you smile because I wanted you in a good mood when I asked if you were ready. I didn't want to make you uncomfortable or anything, so it was like a mini distraction." I explained quickly to her, fumbling over a few words as I didn't want her to get the wrong idea.
