Hair style for both of the characters is inspired by your favorite duo in any show/book/movie.
I decided to use Enkidu and Gilgamesh from the fate series.
However I made the slasher's hair more neat like Enkidu's and the final girl's more spiky (is that the word?) like Gilgamesh's so feel free to play around with textures and styles!

If you do NOT share a birthday with your favorite characters, then make the hair color dull. You don't have to make it like a dark shade but it should NOT be neon.
(I don't share a birthday with anyone in Fate, danganronpa, my hero academia, or my favorite horror movie characters. I have the curse of "never sharing my birthday with a fictional being.")
If you do, then make a brighter shade their hair color; use colors from the top part of the color selection.

Eye shape is one of the few things I'll leave up to you, as well as the pupil, but the eye color is the same color as the hair.
So if your hair is blue? Blue eyes!
Brown hair? Brown eyes!
Neon yellow hair? Neon yellow eyes!
And so forth.

Clothing! Make it creepy! Make it gothic! However you'd like!
I made the final girl look like a survivor and the slasher look ya know kinda creepy ish.
I am a sucker for a gas mask and I can't tell you why.
Anyways! Yeah I don't really care about the style you go with but!!! Here's the one rule!!!
If you're making a SLASHER TYPE OF STORY, where the final girl at first RUNS from the slasher, please do not put them in a skirt! Use those if you're making something more like Heathers, Little Shop of Horrors, etc.

For the colors, make them the opposite of each other!
If you have purple hair on one character, the other character's outfit will be primarily purple!

Now their names!! Preferably gothic in origin if you really want to get into it but whatever meets your fancy.
(These two look miserable I swear-)
All that's left is for you to make the storyline for these two Characters and adjust any features if need be.
