"My girlfriend, ex girlfriend... i don't know, told me that I'm bullshit and that our whole relationship is bullshit" The boy explained after sitting down with Maddie
"Do you know why she would say that" Mads asked, now lying down
"She's blaming me for killing Barb" He finally sighed "Barb was the girl who died, right? Like out of nowhere?" Mads asked "Yeah, how'd you know?" He asked
"I'm best friends with Jonathan Byers" She answered "He went through almost the same thing with his brother, Will" Mads added
"Plus, it was the biggest case in Hawkins" She said
"You didn't kill her, neither did you get her killed" Mads said "It was the demogorgen" She finally sat up to look the boy in his eyes

"What the fuck is a demogorgen?"
"Jonathan told me it's this creature from the 'Upside down'" Mads answered "It's the same thing that took Will, he just got lucky" Maddie added
"Can you tell me more about this.. demodragon?" He asked "I wish but I feel like I'm about to puke my guts out" Maddie said before quickly standing up and hovering over a trash can
The boy was quick to his feet to hold her hair back
"You're okay, I got you" He reassured her as she puked all the alcohol up
