Some of your best memories were of you and Smokescreen racing. The adrenaline, the thrill of crossing the finish line in first, even after overcoming all the challenges throughout the race. It was addicting. Luckily he quite enjoyed it himself, and was able to take you often (obviously without Optimus' knowledge). Some tiring school days you longed to be out on the long abandoned streets leading into Jasper, practicing for the real race.
