"The collected knowledge and material of Generations of Belmonts who fought the creatures of the night. Sounds interesting." Alucard finished for him, genuinely interested. " If it survived."
"If there are solutions to the problems of finding and killing Dracula, they are in the Hold."

Alucard looked up at the human.
"You're guessing though." He dropped his chin into his hand.
But Trevor had locked on to the idea, and was willing to defend it. Especially against snarky, snobby Alucard.
"I am guessing. I can't read or understand magic, but my family stored everything they found, including books of magic and whatever other weird stuff they came across. I just... Can't do anything with it. But you two can."

Smiling, because the Belmont had proven himself in his unorthodox way, he looked up once again at the man. " Fortunate, then, that I chose not to kill and eat you, Belmont." He teased.

"And that I decided against gutting you, flaying and turning you into shoes, Alucard." Trevor smirked while motioning to his shoe, lifting a foot up for extra effect.
Sypha turned away in annoyance at their juvenility.

"Such a merry band we are. I will find us a covered wagon and horses, if you two can manage not to kill each other while I'm gone."

"Oh please, we're not children." Alucard rolled his eyes.
Sypha was not convinced, but she left anyway.

The moment she was out of earshot, Trevor leaned down and pointed an accusatory finger at the half-ling.
"Eat shit and die."

Alucard returned the insult in kind.
"Yes, fuck you."

They immediately broke into giggles afterwards. Trevor sat against the trunk he was rummaging through earlier, enjoying the moment.

"Do you really believe we can find the tools to kill my father at your old home?" He asked softly, loathe to ruin the moment, but he had to ask.
Trevor looked away, uncertain.

"I'll be honest with you, I don't have a better idea. I just know right now, we're under equipped for the job."
"I'm trusting you Belmont." Alucard murmured. "Don't make me regret it."
Trevor grunted, a grim smile on his face.
"Everybody regrets it in the end Alucard."

When sunset came, the gates closed behind them as the trio rode away in a covered wagon, just as Sypha promised.
Alucard looked back at the city he had been sleeping under for a year, taking in it's presence one last time, because that may have been the last time that he would ever see it.

In the weaponry section of the castle, Hector and GodBrand looked up as the Castle began to shake.
Hector had been in the middle of creating of a new Night Creature after dismissing GodBrand, who had just kicked away one of his little friends, a small pup who had died.
" He's moving the Castle again." The red haired man looked up.
" Yes." Hector replied simply. "His wonders to perform."
In the engine room, Dracula stood before a rotating cube, what some would call the "brain" of the Castle. It was what Dracula used now to move the dark Palace.
Motioning with his hand and making a symbol, the cube began spinning, the engines and gears in the room beginning to rotate, turn or otherwise work.
The cube expanded, it's pieces coming apart as it spun faster and glowed brighter. Outside, the Castle disappeared in a hurricane force gust of wind, the spot where it would reappear a peaceful forest.

Upstairs in Dracula's room, Jasmine held on for dear life as the castle began to shake ominously.
By a small river, a Deer and it's babe drank deeply, getting some last refreshment before they moved on for the night. The mammal raised it's head, sensing something approaching. Before the Castle appeared, it began running for it's life, the baby behind it, self preservation and instinct telling it to flee before it died.
