I Talked With Jonas

"What can I do to help? I can ask Jonas if I can room with you guys during the quarantine period and I'll help Kyson with his school and keep him busy while you get your work done?" I offered 

"That might help but I don't want you thinking Kysons' your responsibility because he isn't" She said sighing 

I turned her face towards mine and pecked her lips, "Hey, I'm here for the both of you. I want to help out. I know I don't need to but I want to" 

She smiled, "Only if you're up for it" 

I kissed her forehead then her lips, "I'd be more than happy to help out in any way I can" 

We sat outside by the pool just talking for a little bit and Tyler had pulled out her computer to get some work done, so while she did that I gave her a back rub because I can tell she's really stressed out lately and I feel partially to blame for it. I couldn't imagine being a single parent and having to take care of everything she does and not complain about it once. Kyson came outside when he was finished with his school for the week and I went to the park by their house with him and we played soccer for a little bit. When we got back to the house Tyler had dinner cooked and ready so I sat down and ate with them, it was a really strange feeling to be around a family setting, but it felt comfortable. I cleaned up from dinner and stayed to watch a movie with them, Kyson fell asleep and Tyler brought him up to bed and when she came back downstairs, I cuddled up with her, ran my fingers through her hair while we finished the movie Kyson put on. She fell asleep so I brought her up to her room and kissed her on her forehead then fell asleep next to Ty. 

*The Next Morning* *Tylers POV*

I haven't been getting the best sleep at night lately because I've been super stressed out with everything going on but laying on Rudys' chest listening to his heartbeat knocked me out right away. Best sleep I've gotten all week, I rolled over and kissed Rudys' lips, letting him sleep in and headed to Kysons' room to see him still sleeping. 

I gently shook him awake, "Bubba you have your first game today, you need to get ready. What do you want for breakfast?" I asked him 

"May I please have a waffle?" He asked me as he got up 

"I'll get that ready for you, you get dressed and ready for soccer" I walked downstairs and started cooking 

Rudy came down, "Good morning beautiful" He said putting his arms around my waist kissing me

I turned around and kissed him, "Good morning! Thank you for carrying me to bed last night" 

"You don't need to thank me for that haha you're were asleep and looked all cute and comfy and I didn't want to wake you up" He said sitting on the counter next to the stove "What time is Kysons' game at?" 

"It's in an hour" I said setting the table, "It's at the park you two went to yesterday though, so we don't need to go far" 

"I'm going to head home and get everyone else and meet you two there okay?" He said kissing me

I smiled, "Okay, drive safe" 

He kissed me, "Always"  

Kyson came downstairs and had his breakfast. After about 30 minutes we headed to the park and Jake met us there along with Chase, Mads, Drew, JD, and Rudy, "Hey guys" I said as they all walked over 

We all hugged each other and they waved to Kyson, "He looks so cute" Mads said 

I laughed, "He wasn't to grow out a man bun so we're trying to work with what he's got haha" 

"So guys Tyler and Kyson are coming with us to shot OBX 2" Rudy said as we watched the kids warm up 

Maddie got up and hugged me right away, "Yay!! I'm so excited!!" She yelled
