I Talked With Jonas

*Rudys Place* *Rudys POV*

I headed up to my room, Elaine was gone, thankfully. JD was out, so I started in the kitchen and cleaned up the dirty dishes and then cleaned up our living area. I finished up there then went into my room and cleaned up, did some laundry and then cleaned mine and our extra bathroom. By the time I was finished up it was 11, so I hopped in the shower and got ready to meet Tyler at her place. I texted her so she knew I was coming over and I also stopped to pick up her favorite drink from Starbucks, iced green tea matcha with coconut milk and light ice. 

*At Tylers* *Rudys' POV*

I parked on her driveway and walked up to the front door and rang the doorbell, Tyler came and opened the door and we went out back to talk so Kyson can focus on school. 

"Hey" I went in to hug her and she hugged me back, "How're you?" 

"Do you want anything to eat or drink?" She asked me 

"No, but I got you this" I handed her the drink 

She smiled, "Aww thank you Rudy!" 

"You're welcome baby, so how're you?" I asked again 

She sat down, "I'm good, super stressed out lately but that's life. How're you?" 

"Talk to me, what're stressed out about? Also, I am seriously so incredibly sorry for not talking to you yesterday. I shouldn't have just disappeared all day without saying something. I just needed the day off my phone but I should've told you. and I am so so so sorry for raising my voice and yelling at you. That isn't okay, never under any circumstances and I am so sorry Tyler" I said holding her hands 

"I appreciate you saying sorry, I thought I really pissed you off and that maybe you were done with wanting to be with me and I don't know. I just have a lot going on right now and I'm trying to get it all figured out" She told me 

I pulled her onto my lap and drew circles on her thigh, "I'd never be over you and our relationship, I like you a lot Tyler and I shouldn't have said what I said the other night. I'm sorry if I stressed you out. But what else is going on in that head of yours?" 

She took a deep breath, "Um I talked with Jonas..." 

"You aren't coming are you?" I asked her looking down not wanting to hear her say no 

She picked my face up with her fingers, "Kyson and I both are going Rudy" 

My face light up and I was so excited, "Oh my God!!! Really!??!! No joke?" I yelled 

She smiled at me, "No joke, I may have to fly back for work or step away for work sometimes but him and I are going to be there" 

I gave her a tight hug not wanting to let go, "Ahhh I'm so excited!! Wait do you guys have to quarantine too?" 

"Yeah we do. Kyson has a game tomorrow, which he wants to know if you'll go to and then we fly out the same day as you guys I think. Monday right?" She said 

"You were able to figure stuff out with work here? And I'd love to go to Kysons' soccer game" I told her 

"Um not exactly but I'm working on it and Jake is going to keep an eye on the house while we're gone so that kinda helps put my mind at ease for that part of it" She said fidgeting, "I also need to text his d-a-d so he knows I'm leaving here with Kyson and eventually leaving the country for a little bit" 

I looked at her confused, "Has he been talking to you?" I asked 

She shook her head no, "No, but I like giving him the respect of knowing what's going on in Kysons' life"
