"What don't touch it I will be here soon"

"Yeah take your time" then he hangs up

One hour later

Sitting down on the couch watching tv till they got back. After he hang up the phone I continue to look around the house to find anything and found that my favorite vase is missing. Hearing the door open and closed I got up and went to see who it is but my phone vibrated taking it out I check my phone and saw a message from an unknown number

Unknown-Go to the police and she's dead

Who is this?

Can't tell

Why?

Too much question she dies

After I saw the message I didn't reply to the message since the person threatened to kill her if ask more question placing my phone on the table falling back on the couch with my head between hands tears started to flow like a dam just break

"Baby are you okay?"

Lifting my head out of my hand I look up to be met with two concerned faces stirring at me. Wiping my tears with the back of my hand I reply

"Yes I'm okay"

"Then why are crying, mommy?"

"I'm not crying just umm sweating,"

That's the best you could come up with? My mind said

Shut up I try my best

Then try harder then bitch

Frowning at my mind I chose to ignore it for now. I stand up I went to Jayden who has a frown on his face bending down to his level I kiss both his cheeks

"What's wrong jay?"

"Your sad and I don't like to see my mommy sad"

"Baby I'm not sad"

"Then why were you crying then?".

" I'm not crying sweetheart".

Pecking his cheek once more I hug him while whispering sweet things in his ears and telling him I'm okay after some time we put apart from each other

"Are you still sad?".

" Are you still sad?" He said repeating my question

"No, I'm not "

"Well I'm not sad anymore"

"I Love you baby"

"I love you too mommy"

Standing up I turn to Hayden who is just standing there smiling at us with his blue eyes sprinkle with love and admiration

"Kayla is that your Fiance?"

Turning my head to the voice to be met with two big brown eyes starring at me

"Yeah come meet him"

Walking over to me she stops beside me turning to Hayden who has his eyebrows raise at me

"Hayden his is my mom and the mom his is my Fiance Hayden and my son Jayden"

"Your son?" She asked me with an unreadable emotion in her eyes I can't read

"Yes my son"

"When did you have a son?" She said stirring at Jayden who is hiding behind my leg with confusion all over her

"Well long story short I found out I was pregnant with Jayden and Leo ship me away to aunty Cathy to stay and when I had Jayden I made a deal to give him to Linda to raise for while"

"How could you keep something like this from me so long" she with hurt clear in her voice

"Hayden carry Jayden upstairs now and stay with him up there"

"Why?"

"Just do it please"

Doing as I said he left us downstairs and went upstairs with Jayden. Turning to her I relied

"Don't you think I wanted to but he threatened me not to tell you anything,"

"Leo would never do that he loves you and would stand beside you no matter what," she said angrily.

"It was all an act to fool everyone to think he was a good father"

"You are a lier!!" She shouted at me while pointing her fingers at me

"I'm not lying to you it was all true I told you every time when I was younger but you always brushed it off like it was nothing!!" I yelled at her.

"You are an ungrateful child like he said you were I never believe him but now I do"

I can't believe the woman I look up to spoke to me like this never in my lifetime I would imagine she would take his side and call me ungrateful

"Says the man who only wanted you for money and nothing more "

"Shut up the hell up you don't know anything!!"

"I know more than you know it mother," I said with my arms crossed

"What has Leo ever done to you than love you".

" what has Leo ever done to me?. tried to ruin my life. Called me names treat me like trash and lots of things that I can't explain in one sentence" I said with tears flowing down my cheeks

"I don't believe you Kayla your just making this all up. That's what your good for telling lies"

She takes his side and not mine now I see what's blinded by love does to people it hurts to know your mother doesn't believe you or take your side

"I'm good at lying yes mother but I learn from the best mother and that's you"

"Well, you lied about who is my father I am I right mother?"

SLAP

She slaps me with the back of her hand while looking at me with anger taking my hand I used my finger and trace it all over the part she slaps me I flinched. Tasting blood in my mouth I put my finger on my lip and found blood on my finger. Opening my mouth to say something to her but she cut me off

"Don't you dare mention anything about that matter you don't know about it". She said shouting

"Mention what that you got pregnant by Leo's once best friend and planned on running away together but didn't when he so-called killed himself?. news flash he didn't kill himself, Leo, did"

"What are talking about he killed himself"

"He didn't Leo found out about you too and kill him I have evidence to prove my statement correct"
