1. KEEFE WRITES THIS IN A BOOK SEPERATE FROM HIS NOTEBOOKS. TAKE NOTE OF THAT YOURSELVES.
2. He does this after having his telepathic conversation with Foster. So he is currently in Elwin's house when he writes about this.
