Yamaguchi works at a maid cafe as a part time employee while he's studying for a degree in electronics engineering. His charming looks and bubbly personality easily got him the job in no time. As much as he enjoyed studying for himself, he also liked his job more than he would actually admit. People would often compliment him and make him feel loved, he would always be more than happy to entertain them too. He soon grew attached to that and found comfort in it.
Tsukishima Kei

On the other hand, Tsukishima Kei continues to play volleyball even after graduation and is a part of the volleyball team known as " The Sendai Frogs ". He works at the Sendai City Museum where he plays a small role in collecting, managing and maintaining of permanent collections of historical importance. Unlike Tadashi, Kei was still his usual blunt self. More mature on his thoughts and words, but trust me, you wouldn't want anything to do with this guy. After he parted with his childhood best friend, he became more emotionally closed off and unavailable. His friends tried to consult him but never really figured out, the guilt he had been carrying which had been holding him down.
