Hi again!
It's me, Rose. I just wanted to say thank you so much for all the love this story gets day in and day out. I don't really come on Wattpad much anymore, but every time I do the reads and votes on this story astound me. I love the interaction.
I wanted to say, though, I wrote this when I was in middle school - and I think that comes out in the writing, and some of the bias and stereotypes. I'm in college now, and know better than some of the writing or things I said. I apologize for it - it was inexcusable then, and it's inexcusable now. I would say that middle school Rose didn't know what she didn't know, but that feels like deflecting responsibility. So, simply, I apologize.
All that to say, take some of the language with a grain of salt. Keep in mind this was a middle schooler who had just discovered a love of writing. And please keep on loving this story, and keep on enjoying it. I'm so happy so many have found it, and I hope more continue to do so.
