~Going Between Dimensions~

Part 12 - Double Date

"what Gave it away" Kakashi leaned his head on his hand, looking like someone had tortured him. "It took him one hour to drag Master Jirayia there.. That is really something I never was able to get into his head" You blushed. "Cooking real food And eating other than ramen that is.." You sighed. "Soo sushi it is then" Kurenai smiled happily, she was hoping for that one.

It was nice, sitting and drinking tea and just talk with your friends again. It had been a long time. When everyone had finnished the tea, you all went out of and walked down the streets to the sushi resturant. "Soo, The hospital took some time today?" Kakashi whispered a bit, making sure Asuma and Kurenai didn't hear. You nodded. "You know how Lady Tsunade is.. She makes sure to check everything.. At least three times" He nodded. "Yeah, I understood from the scent that you needed that shower. Hospitals don't smell good do they?" This made you giggle a bit. "You saved me there, I owe you one"

Asuma smiled as he heard the giggle. It had been a long time since he heard it. "here it is" He stopped infront of the resturant. "It looks cozy" You said, making Kurenai nod. "Lets just hope the food is good too" She smiled and walked inside. The four of you was led to a booth and sat down, watching as the sushi came on one of those fancy moving benches. "Ok, this is cool" You admired it as you could see all the different options. "soo we just take a plate here?" You looked over at the others. "You never been at a place like this before?" Asuma's brows raised as he looked suprised. "no? I normally cook myslef"

"You make sushi yourself?" He said even more suprised. "Yeah, Where did you think the sushi's I made for the bento that one time for your mission came from?" You raised a brow in suspicion. "I can't even get eggs right" Asuma said in defeat. His face made the three of you laugh, since you all have had a experience with Asuma's cooking.

Asuma ordered you all some drinks and sake as you all started to eat. It was actually fun, talking about the past few years. "Oh. I almost forgot!" Kurenai's Voice made you jump. "Kiba wanted some more training with Akamaru, I told him that I can ask you.. Didn't you need to train the new pup of the pack?" She smiled, giving you a hopeful look. "I do, but shouldn't you be the one to train him? Like I can lend you a wolf for a day?" she shaked her head. "I don't know anything about that kind of training.. Can you please help me out.. It would make Kiba very happy"

You thought a bit. Training your wolf didn't need any of your own chakra, or stamina.. Not as a normal training atleast. "I can see if I can do it one of theese days, he seems like a fun kid" You smiled. "Thank you, That helps alot" You took a sip of the sake. "Well, it is not like I have anything better to do.." You joked, at least a bit.. You really didn't have anything to do since Tsuande cancelled your training until further notice..

"This was amazing.. I really wonder how they make this" You smiled happily, looking at the empty plates. "You allready thinking about recreating it?" Kakashi looked over. "well, maybe.." You blush slightly, feeling caught. "You will be a good wife someday" Asuma smiled, while having a slight blush on his face.. He really had to much sake allready. "But I am not giving you away to whoever, You are my little sister after all" He pointed at you teasingly, before lighten his cigarette. "You think he ever will make up his mind?" You whispered at kakashi. "I have no idea" Kakashi looked unsure as he studied Asuma, hoping nothing wierd would come out of him.

"Well, I think it is time to head back home.. Seems like this man has gotten a bit too much to drink" Kurenai teased Asuma. You all placed the money on the table. "need help with him?" You looked at her, knowing too well how hard Asuma was to deal with during this state. "No, I can handle him. But it was lovely today.. We need to do this again soon" she smiled as you all walked out of the resturant. You waved at them, before watching as Kurenai and Asuma walked away. "I have a feeling we will be the new Nara's.." Kakashi mumbled. "Well, This one you kind of got into yourself.. But it was fun."You smiled.

"And don't worry, I know how to handle Asuma for the most part. Don't feel obligated to do this things" You let him know, just incase he thought he didn't had any options. "It could have been worse, isn't that what people always say?" He put his hands in his pockets, and looked at you with that eye smile of his. You heard a loud crash, looking over at one of the other resturants. "wait.. Is that... Gui..." Your eyes widen as Gui tried to restrain his minime while Neji and Tenten looked horrified. "It is..." Kakashi looked over. You watched as Gui was kicked into the air, just following the view. "oh, That Lee has some kick to him"

"I think we should let them deal with it" You heard Kakashi say. "Yup" You jumped on to the nearest roof and started to set the route to the park. "What are you up too? You know it is late?" Kakashi showed up next to you. "I was gonna go stargazing in the park.. You can join if you want" You jumped between roof until you got to the park. "is this a secret hideout of yours?" He landed next to you, and tilted his head slightly. "nope, more so a normal thing I do"

You walked over to your usual spot and layed down on the grass. Suprised that Kakashi actually tagged along. He layed down next to you and started to read, while you looked at the stars. "You know" He started after a while. "you never told me about your dimension.." He didn't look over, still just reading. "Is there things you want to know about it?"

"is it simmular to here?" he asked as you looked at all the stars. "somethings are simmular.. But alot is not... Where I am from we don't have shinobis, this kind of chakra or anything like that.. Fights and violence are much different" You thought a bit. "the stars look the same, and some nature.. Maybe even the culture can be compared.. But the way of life were more.... Lonely and tortureous as far as I remember"

"How soo?" he layed the book down on his chest. "We used too much technology, money and power.. It is hard to explain it all.. But I find it more peaceful here, even with all that comes with being a Shinobi... People are genuinely happy here.. This dimension seems to have found a way of life that mine had forgotten" You sighed. "do you miss it?" He looked over carefully, and you just shaked your head. "no, I really don't.. Is that wierd?" You looked back over at him, unsure if it was wierd or not. "I don't know... If you like it better here I guess it is natural" He said with his usual plainly tone.

"might be that I lived longer here, than what I did there.." You justified and looked back up at the stars and just relaxed as it went back to quiet between you two. It was wierd how you actually enjoyed his company. Mostly because it felt like he wasen't there most of the time, but also because the times he was noticeable he was just as calm and unbothered as he used to be as a teen. Just lying there looking at the stars for a good while really calmed your soul, as you started to feel tired. "I should head home for the night" You got up and strechted a bit. "I see you around I guess" You smiled and gave him a quick wave before starting to walk home.
