Sunlight spread across the Mikaelson mansion, and three restless vampires stood at their mate's door, waiting for her to wake up. But the girl was fast asleep, even the dead marveled at how still she rested. The dead were no stranger to the Virgo siblings, they often heard and talked about them. Some pitied the two, some were jealous, and some just didn't care. But the dead knew to never mess with the beautiful sister, for she wasn't as innocent as she seemed. The scream of the girl's dear brother seemed to awaken the sleeping beauty.

"LUNA!"

The girl in question bolted out of her bed, ready to run to her brother, but she was stopped by a pair of arms around her waist.

"Elijah." Luna acknowledged, "Please let me go, Elio's in trouble."

"It's alright, Elskan. Your brother is fine." Elijah nuzzled his face in her neck in an attempt to calm her down, "He is simply angry at my foolish brothers for standing outside your door and waiting for you."

Luna relaxed into his arms, smiling slightly at the brother's childish behavior.

"Well, I should probably eat breakfast." Luna decided, food was the most important thing to her after her brother.

Elijah chuckled, "Very well."

"Oh and also. I have to talk to you guys about Esther."

Elijah stiffened at the mention of his mother, but Luna just walked outside the room. The remaining Mikaelson brother's perked up as they saw her walk through the door.

"Angel!" "Love." Kol and Klaus exclaimed at the same time, rushing to their mate.

"Oh um. Hello Kol, Klaus." a surprised Luna laughed, "Good morning Finn."

"I made waffles, my love." Finn told the girl.

Luna's eyes lit up. Waffles were her favorite food, one life she even killed Elio for stealing her waffles, though she did have to apologize for six lives before he finally forgave her.

"Where's my brother?" Luna questioned as Finn led her to the living room, Kol, Klaus, and Elijah following along.

"Right here." Elio said as he glared at Kol. Luna laughed when she looked at her brother, his once black hair was now covered in flour and his arms and face were smothered in waffle batter.

"What happened to you?" Luna asked, desperately trying to hold back a laugh

"Why don't you ask your mate here."

"I didn't do anything." Kol denied

Before the two could continue arguing, the doors of the mansion burst open and Rebekah entered, striding into the living room a moment later.

"Well, well, there's our girl!" Kol teased with a smirk.

"Get out of my way, Kol." Rebekah demanded

"Out all night. What a scandal! I trust you did better than that commoner? Matt was it?" Kol continued to pester

"If you don't shut your mouth, the next thing to come out of it will be your teeth." Rebekah snarled

Luna remembered the rejection Rebekah faced from Matt the night before and she felt compassion for the girl. Luna glared at Klaus as a grin began to form on his face. He quickly looked away.

"Kol, stop teasing your sister, it's rude." Luna scolded the youngest Mikaelson brother

"But I'm bored!" Kol drawled "And our sister's a─"
