I heard her little footsteps moving fast on the floor

"Yes" She said innocently

"You're coming with me today, okay?" I told her

"Alright mama" She said

"So you know that means you have to go and get your robe also your shampoo along with your leave in conditioner" I said

"Okay, i'll be right back" She said leaving out of the bathroom where I was

We had gotten out of the shower and was now in our matching tie-dye robes while I was doing her hair

"Mama daddy girlfriend is a little smelly" Cede said making me bust out laughing

"What do you mean?" I asked her

"She smells" She said

i'm trying to keep it together

"Well what does she smell like?" I asked her

"She umm.... what's the food in the sea called again" She asked and I bust out laughing again

The funny thing is... she's being serious-

"Did you tell him?" I asked her

"No but I want to" She answered

"Where's your ipad?" I asked

"Right here" she said picking it up from beside her

"Call him" I said

"Wait- do you mean FaceTime him or actually calling him because you say both" She said

"Well excuse me ma'am" I said

"FaceTime him" I added

"Okay" She said and clicked on 'Dad👨‍👧'

It took 2 rings and I was about to tell her to hang up until he answered

"Hello" He answered

"Hey da wyd?" She asked

"I'm not doing nothing" He said shaking his head

"Oh well, i'm getting my hair done" She said showing her head

only the back is done

"That's good, how you getting it?" He asked

"Umm I think mommy said two braids in the front with two ponytails and some braids" She said

"Oh alright, you okay?" He asked her

"Yes but I have something to say" She said

"So they calling you bob" I mumbled biting my bottom lip

"What is it?" He asked her

"She smells" Cede said

"Who? yo momma?" He asked making me flip him off behind cede's head and he chuckled

"No, your girlfriend" She said and he bust out laughing

"Oh fr? What she smell like?" He asked

"Like the sea animals" Cede frowned and he started laughing again making me stifle my laugh

"AHAHAAKSKSKAKSKSKSKSKSKSK" I heard him laugh

"Shawtyyyyy" I mumbled laughing as he started to calm down

"Want me to tell her that?" He asked

"Yes, so she can take showers and out on lotion, perfume, and smell good like my mommy" Cede smiled

"Okay baby, i'll tell her" He said nodding

"Okay I just called to tell you that, i'll talk to you later" She said

"Alright I love you" He said

"I love you too" She said and hung up

"You too funny Malia" I laughed shaking my head

"I be scared coming to places like this" Cede said as we sat in the doctors office

"Why?" I asked filling out my personal form

"Because everyone I think i'm about to get shots" She said

"Nope, this appointment is for mommy" I said smiling at her

"Okay good" She nodded

"Mercedes Fates" The doctor called out

I stood up with cede and walked towards her and she lead us to a room

After 3 minutes a doctor came in the room...
