Other info: Basically, my headcanon for One and Three is that they're dating, they hate Four and X, (plus Two by proxy, since they're in a polycule) and they're both evil, but more like Doofenshmirtz evil. Lavender is also dedicated to evil, but the difference is that they're actually competent. Their parents plan on taking over the Equation Playground, and Lavender is happy with this plan, since it means they'll be in control once One and Three eventually have to step down. Unfortunately for them, their parents definitely aren't going to be able to make that happen themselves anytime soon, so they've decided that they're just going to get it done themself. They were also raised to hate Four and X, and they also hate Eighty, since she's their child.

Non-sibling relationships: 

Ant Lolli and Eighty: Ant Lolli started liking Eighty after it kicked Lavender's ass one time. He thinks they're super cool, and really likes both their rough side and their softer side. Eighty likes Ant because he feels like it's the realest person he's ever met. They're dating, and they blend really well together. Eighty does inflict some of her violence on Ant sometimes, but joke's on her, he's into that shit. (Like not in a sexual way, they're minors, but you know what I mean-)

Bubblegum and Earring: They've been best friends since they were little. They get along well despite their differences and balance each other out, with Earring valuing responsibility more, and Bubblegum learning to take it easy. They would pretty much do anything for each other, and they've both developed feelings for each other, but neither of them have the nerves to confess yet. Ant likes to tease Bubblegum and keeps pushing him to tell Earring about his feelings.

Ant, Bubblegum, Rock Candy, Nachos, Bubble Blower, Shish Kebab, Icicle, and Pudding: Due to being the children of the Newbie Alliance (Nachos and Bubble Blower count because they also consider Lollipop one of their moms), the siblings consider Icicle and Pudding their honorary cousins, and they all hang out a lot.

Eraser Stick and Pudding: Best friends since middle school. Pudding acts more like himself around Eraser Stick because they're close and he trusts her a lot. They've both helped each other throughout their lives; Eraser Stick helped Pudding with their people-pleasing and coming out as trans to their parents, and Pudding's stood up for people acting stuck-up to Eraser Stick, and also supported her in her pursuit of Sugar Cube.

Eraser Stick and Sugar Cube: Their relationship is kind of like Sk8tr Boi, but wlw and with a different ending. Eraser Stick is brushed off by a lot of the popular girls, since she's mostly friends with boys and they consider her an undignified weirdo. She wouldn't care too much about this, but she's crushing hard on Sugar Cube, whom she has a friendly relationship with. Sugar Cube is actually nice to her, and she also likes her, but her friends are disdainful of it and think she's just giving ES pity. This causes some problems, (I actually have a story in my head for these two, I'll consider writing it someday) but in the end it all works out and they end up together. (I know it's a super cliché story, but I think it's cute, please just let me have this)

Sugar Cube and Ice Tray: Ice Tray is Sugar Cube's platonic admirer. Sugar Cube doesn't really mind, and they're casual friends.

Eighty, Quinque, and Quattuor: They're all friends. Eighty is pretty much the leader of the group, but Quinque has attempted to challenge this. It has not gone well. Despite butting heads, Eighty and Quinque care about each other as friends. They'll also both stand up for Quattuor when they can't do it themself.

Eighty and Lavender: Due to its parentage, Lavender has declared Eighty their personal nemesis. Eighty is oblivious to Lavender's domination plans, and pretty much just hates Lavender because they make fun of its appearance and it being the child of a variable. He just thinks they're an asshole. Like I said earlier, they got into a fight once, and due to Eighty both having some of Four's powers and some of the Power of Two, they completely wiped the floor with Lavender. Lavender has decided that when they take over the Equation Playground, they're going to have Eighty tortured and killed.
