the spark in us (yeongyu)

chapter 2

beomgyu was worried, it was three am and yeonjun still wasn't back from the dance room. he hoped his friend wasn't overworking himself again. beomgyu decided he needed to check on the 4th gen boy and snuck out of the dorm and went to the practice room.

when beomgyu got to the dance room there he saw yeonjun, dripping in sweat and breathing heavy. suddenly yeonjun fell to his knees. beomgyu ran to him, "yj!" beomgyu sat next to him on the floor. "beom what are you doing here? it's late." yeonjun said looking at beomgyu.

"same goes for you." beomgyu said. "why are you still practicing?"

"i messed up today in practice and i need to perfect my mistake." yeonjun said hating himself. "you won't be able to do anything if you pass out from exhaustion." beomgyu told him sternly.

"i'm fine." yeonjun said. "please you look pale and weak. have you even taken a break?" beomgyu asked worriedly. "no. i can't. if i do i might lose my progress." yeonjun said.

beomgyu grabbed yeonjuns hand. "yj you're the perfect trainee, remember you are the 4th gen it boy." he smiled at yeonjun.

despite yeonjun feeling like a failure something about seeing beomgyus smile made him feel better. "thanks gyu." yeonjun said smiling slightly at beomgyu. "don't mention it. now let's go stuff our faces with food until we can't move." beomgyu said and laughed.

"sounds good to me. but,"

"what?" beomgyu asked. then he saw yeonjun grin and his eyes widened in fear. "oh no i'm not giving you a piggy back ride back to the dorm."

"come on kai does it for soobin hyung." yeonjun whined. "please."

"nope i will not"

then yeonjun brought out his secret weapon, puppy dog eyes.

"ah fine i'll do it just stop the eyes it gives me the creeps!" beomgyu said covering his eyes.

beomgyu then bent down and yeonjun got on his back. "i love you bear."

"i love you too yj" beomgyu said and walked back to their dorm with yeonjun sleeping on his back.
